Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesStaff called me a day before my check-out telling me I need to leave the hotel even though I mentioned that I have another day remaining and was rude in tone like I'm trying to overstay for free! I told her ask whoever did the check-in last night but she insisted she is aware of everything and telling me I need to leave or extend. I told her let pull up my receipt and will bring it over. She hanged and realized I was indeed have one more day to stay but didn't even apologize for her confusion and when meeting with her in the lobby she just kept blaming booking.com and the online system. Too much pride in her to apologize for a silly mistake she made.

Saudi ArabiaSorry to write but the beds were uncleaned. I found many long hairs on the bed sheet. It was like am I sleeping in hairs instead on bed. Other thing , I clearly mentioned while booking from booking.com that we are 4 (2adults & 2kids) and i paid for 4 count. But the Staff unconsciously didn't care about our stay as we paid.
Hotel is good. I like the car parking facilities. Thank you for that.

BahrainFacility, furnishings and services are dated, old & soiled. Tear down. Rebuild. Hire & train new staff. The pool was laughable. I felt dirty looking at it and felt I might catch something if I stuck a toe in it. There were no cushions for the chairs/loungeds and no coverings for what should have been shaded areas. Room service was a hot mess. I received refried french fries with my lamb chops & was disturbed from sleep by someone knocking to pick up the plate. My room was just off the elevator (709) and I had to look at soiled linen stacked up & left unattended. At one point I noticed & closed the door which was once again opened revealing & forcing me to see the dirty laundry as I came & went. I thought the Spa would prove redemptive but, no. I made an appointment and was greeted by one person on duty who was acting as receptionist & would have been the person providing my service who wanted me to pay prior to sevice. I opted to cancel. This hotel advertised quality & served up mediocrity. Under par. A Motel (Dixie Cups! for in room coffee/tea, 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel in the questionably clean bathroom & the sheets/pillowcases were stained) at Hotel prices.
