- I would rate this hotel higher if it wasn't for the beach club next door that is constantly blasting trashy music. You can't get a sense of this hotel from the pictures, because you have to imagine the worst music you ever heard in your life playing way too loud, at all hours of the day.

Beach access was managed by other company with very complicated restrictions, infants were not allowed,ladies in abaya's not allowed, after 6pm hotel members not allowed to access beach, very small area dedicated for hotel members & 90% area of beach is only accessable to cafe guests, even there is only few beach relaxing seats are dedicated for hotel members that too at the last row. It seems beach is accessable only for cafe guests.

Hotel was clean and staff was cooperative.

You have to wait approx 20 mins for hot water... bad drain smell in the bathroom, bad "moldy" smell in the living room, all the finishings - tiles and grouting is a bit of a joke😅

Room service ask too many questions, we ask for tea cups and they ask us what happen to pervious ones , we told them it's dirty and you should take it but roo. Service argue too much to give 4 empty cups . And in the end they did t give , we complain on the counter but seems to be they don't care .. other then that all good to go .

The property is starting to show it’s age. Some things do look dated. TV in my bedroom didn’t connect to anything and there was a “hifi” from the 90s still there but not working. Minor issues really.

The staff we extremely helpful and friendly. The gym was pretty decent with a full selection of cardio machines, free weights and the Technogym equipment. Room service was quick, the food was nice and portion size large. I wax upgraded to a huge two bedroom suite as my son joined me after my second day.

Sound proof wasn’t good either from surrounding & upstairs apartment noise. Decoration was abit outdated & kitchen stuff were less than expected number of guests

The beach access . I was informed by a security lady at the beach not to use the front and middle row seats only the few seats right at the back as the back only reserved for elite hotel residents. If I knew it I was never going to use the beach .

I didn't like the room furniture it was very old and needed to be refurnished also when I requested extra towels for my children they said that they gave only two for each room i had to argue to get more and sometimes they ignored my request. there is a very important issue I would like to raise AZULL there staff are very unrespectful, especially the security Moroccan gay that allows asking families with their children and ladies with Islamic swimming suit to go out of the beachfront and stay at the pool

the location was very good and the staff as well regarding my room it was terrible but after I spoke to the manager he was so helpful and changed it the next day with a better one

We booked a suite which should have had robes, but it didn't and we asked multiple times for these but never received them.
