The beach access . I was informed by a security lady at the beach not to use the front and middle row seats only the few seats right at the back as the back only reserved for elite hotel residents. If I knew it I was never going to use the beach .

I didn't like the room furniture it was very old and needed to be refurnished also when I requested extra towels for my children they said that they gave only two for each room i had to argue to get more and sometimes they ignored my request. there is a very important issue I would like to raise AZULL there staff are very unrespectful, especially the security Moroccan gay that allows asking families with their children and ladies with Islamic swimming suit to go out of the beachfront and stay at the pool

You can’t get your food order to your room . You have to go down to pick it up yourself. A bit uncomfortable.

The staff were amazing. Amit, Sangeetha from Housekeeping were outstanding, they knows what is hospitality. Hitesh from health club also a great asset, he has vast experience in his field. Property needs some renovation to uplift there facilities. Building exterior glass as well need cleaning quarterly basis to enhance the view from the room

My only criticism is that my shower wasn't very hot, I didn't seem to be able to adjust the air conditioning either. One suggestion I would make is to have some kind of hotel guide in the room listing the facilities, opening times etc

My suite was enormous and had a great view over the lagoon. The balcony was very large too and had a good view. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool area is really nice with a beach and a good view. The bar and restaurant were great for relaxing and offered a lot of good food. I liked the meal buffet and they had a grill with made-to-order food on the friday night. It felt very cosy and relaxed. The staff were amazing and friendly. Sandip and his team made every effort to serve me and make me feel very welcome. Shift 17 on the 15th floor is a nice bar with great views all around. Parking was very easy and it was a good location as I was using a hire car. Close proximity to the airport but on a main road which could get you anywhere in 10mins. I enjoyed being out in clear air and not surrounded by buildings. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and think its a very good value hotel.

Room fixtures and fittings quite dated, wearing out and needed updating. However, the staff made every effort to keep everything clean and tidy.

There were no dressing gowns or slippers, the beach didn't belong to the hotel so there was a charge for the beds on the beach ( or buy drinks or food) our room didn't look anything like your pictures ( not been updated). I was travelling with my 18 year old son and wanted a twin room I would rather have had a twin room with no beach view and not been charged for the extra bed. Or given the option.

Great place, great hospitality, and great staff. We had an amazing stay here . Would highly recommend it. An excellent staff member also at the shift 7 bar on the 15th floor. Ayush is very able to prepare all kinds of cocktails and several drinks you want. Great job, Ayush!! If you are looking for a place to relax, that is it. For sure we will come back.

The building is a bit old and need updating. There was no access to the sea due to maintenance at the beach
