Amazing! I saw a lot of reviews before i booked some of them were negative and idk what’s there reason but for my experience it was lovely, good view, quite with a very helpful team 24h. IT, cleaners and receptions as well Highly recommended

Its somehow noisy, it seems they did room maintenance at midnight. Also, I asked for extra bed in reservation but they didn't provide it.

The big shower head was too old and blocked, only the outer ring of the holes were sprinkling some water and I couldn't make the water to shower on me as it was mounted on the wall and I couldn't change the angle. The shower door couldn't be entirely closed, so I was trying to get some water on me from the shower head while cold air was blown towards to me. That was the worst part. During the night I tried to turn off the A/C but it wouldn't, so all night long it was freezing for me.

The breakfast was freshly made according to personal order instead of buffet, I think it's because of some seasonal change, it was good. Room is spacious, has a kitchen, dining area and living area. I had a lunch in the hotel, the food was good. I noticed that the menu said there'll be 10% discount from guest but it seemed like the staff wasn't going to offer me the discount, until I brought it up she acted like that she was doing me a favor, this kills the experience a bit.

The elevator is slow haha but it’s not a big issue.

The suite is so spacious, clean, smell-good, interior design is very nice, I kept thinking I want to model my future apartment after this room. The service is exceptional, we got a welcome fruit plate, it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing both in quantity and quality. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for sure.

The Diplomatic Area has not many shops or things to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Check in starts at 3pm, but for both of my stays Fraser Suites has been accommodating an early check in without additional costs.

The Junior Suite is very big and has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is large and the toilet is separated by a door from the bathroom. The light switches need a little time to get used to. It has two TV's. One 55 inch in the "living room" and a smaller (32?) in the bedroom. Wifi is excellent and no password required. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and freshly made omelettes, pancakes or waffles. Valet Parking was included in our stay, but I am not sure if this is always the case. The staff in the entire premises are extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

Everything was well above expectations. We will never forget how the hotel staff starting with the general manager were so supportive and professional dealing with the case of my child who had an accident resulting in injury at the hotel. Their action dealing with the case was something beyond whatever words can ever describe.

We had 2 connecting apartments for 5 people, both apartments are in good condition, they have all the facilities needed for the stay, special thanks to the front desk staff and to the housekeeping staff who constantly ask me if i need anything and they are ready to help, so thank you very much, would definitely come back again
