The office was being renovated so we checked in inside one of the rooms and no one was around when we checked out; The refrigerator and something else in the kitchen made various noises at night; The bed wasn’t that comfortable.

The room was large; There was plenty of shampoo and conditioner; The TV had plenty of channels, complementary water

Needs a bigger trash can in the kitchen. Could not figure out how to turn on the TV in the bedroom and there was only 1remote. Maybe a pool towel or 2.

We were very comfortable. Pool was open 24hrs. Not too many rules felt like we were at home, nobody breathing down your neck. Everyone was very pleasant. Very quiet slept lke a baby

I didn’t like the noise factor between rooms. My first night there I could hear someone walking up and down the stairs that were located next to my bedroom as well as them walking across the floor in the room above me which went on for several hours from late night into the early morning. If I had known that I could hear them, I would’ve asked for a different room. I then asked for a new room on the second day in order to avoid this issue for the second night. Additionally on the morning of the second day, there was a couple making an extreme amount of noise banging on doors to the point where the police were called and it was frustrating because this happened at five in the morning as well.

I liked the style and comfort it was very charming.

We had our rental vehicles front end side swiped by someone pulling in or out of the parking spots at the place...they left no note so hit n run. That we wish didn't happen.

The place was great. Did not see any staff at all during our entire stay, didn't need them either. Wish there was a sofa and chairs in our villa vs just chairs. But over all a great QUIET private place to stay that was cheaper than most hotels in the area for sure!

I could hear all of my neighbors. My neighbors were all super loud. Also, the noises from various appliances in my room and outside of my room were all pretty loud as well. Again, my neighbors are what killed it. Especially the one wearing bricks for shoes above me.

I didn't like that Booking.com has this place listed as a motel, charges money for reservations, only to find out that it is NOT A MOTEL AT ALL! I am trying to get my money back because there was no motel to check into.

This is a property in transition: I think it was an apartment complex, is becoming a hotel. But still not there--no signage, lobby, etc.

The price was right--with the tennis tournament, all hotels were crazy expensive. This place was the cheapest available in Palm Desert

Still shell shocked at my experience. I felt very unsafe the entire time and almost left the second I was shown my room. To be honest it would probably have been worth the money lost just to book a new room anywhere else. The area around is very deserted and there is no front desk or any indication where the office is. If it’s under renovation then there needed to be some sort of proactive information given to guests trying to check in. I had to call to ask where to go and someone answered and told me which building to park in front and then unlocked a room for me. It was on the ground floor, and also not the room I booked. I immediately asked to switch to the actual room, which at least was on the second floor. I felt very uncomfortable with the entire situation especially as it was night and the doors don’t have a dead bolt. Really not sure if this is the norm if or if they’re trying to operate while not ready yet.

It seems like the rooms are being renovated and once I got to the room I actually booked, which matched the pictures on the listing, it was actually well decorated. I’m not sure why I wasn’t given the room I had specifically booked…I had to ask for it…

The room wasn’t equipped with a coffee pot, iron, bath soap or a blow dryer. All items said to be in the room. When asked for they were quickly delivered. They are in the process of remodeling the rooms and when that is completed it will be a great place to stay. I hope the remodel is throughly completed with replacing the tile, cabinets in kitchen and bath as well a the doors. Kitchen appliances also need replaced as the drip pans were rusty and refrigerator was wet inside. If all that is completed it will be top notch. The host was very generous in discounting our rate for one night which we really appreciated. He was very responsive to all text messages.

The bed was very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The rest of the room showed its age and need to be refreshed.

The first room with the balcony had a portable AC unit and it hardly cooled the room, was 107 outside so the room was quite hot. BUT the very nice gentleman accommodated us QUICKLY and moved us to a room with central AC. Stayed nice and cool entire room!

Just wow. Such a cute little hidden gem in Palm Desert and so glad I found!! Seems to be locally owned and operated. Very accommodating staff and I wish I knew the guy’s name from check in to every interaction, because he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Booked a second night just to enjoy the facility another night Very quiet and peaceful. Soft music playing near the pool and jacuzzi that is open 24 hours! Serene! Cute decor and very clean! Will definitely be back!! Came here to get a tattoo and didn’t want to drive back to Phoenix the same day and now I’m so glad I stayed and was able to find this little piece of paradise.
