Hotel is quite old and could use a renovation. Food quality was not good.

The room I booked the standard room I think it’s too small for the bed, like 3 inch. For twin bed. And we had a terrible neighbor which is a connecting room and the main door isn’t keep any noises. We could hear anythings from outside.

Reception staff poor English, location was away from bars and restaurants. Needed a taxi to get there. Airport shuttle very expensive for a group, much cheaper to get an Uber.

Nice pool and room, well stocked with toiletries and water, bed comfy.

I have no idea how this Hotel is still 5 Stars. It should not be. It is shabby and old and desperately needs a revamp. Reception Staff in general are not friendly. We were hardly greeted by the young lady when we arrived to book in. She passed by us twice during our 3 day stay and never greeted us. Are they not trained to greet customers and smile? When we arrived I requested for one of the Parking Cones to be removed so we could park undercover. The answer was ' NO. That is the General Manager's parking'. Seriously?? Why does the General Manager need 4 Parkings? The general areas on Room floors are not clean. On Floor 3 the table one sees as one steps off the lift is full of dust. The tiles in our bathroom were grubby from not being wiped down and cleaned. The bedroom windows are filthy - why are these not being cleaned? The General Manager is not doing a good job here. I hope that this is taken as constructive criticism and that improvements are made. Some of the issues here can be corrected immediately. We enjoyed our stay in general and would return. If we do, it would be nice to see if the little issues have been sorted out.

The Deluxe Room was comfortable but the furnishings are old and tired. Rooms need revamp. Breakfast was good - nice variety. It was good to see that there were new Loungers at the Pool even though the tables between the loungers are old and falling apart. Plenty of parking but very little shaded parking.

I chose a smoking room which in hindsight was a mistake as it was not as clean as i would have liked and it smelt bad and the windows are sealed shut so couldn't get any fresh air. But to be fair it was a smoking specific room so i guess it's to be expected.

The location is great, the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I came early at 7:00 AM. the reception has not inform me that I can do early check-in and I waited in lobby until I asked the Indiana receptionist to give a solution and she offered me early check-in for 10 D.B which was fine to me. Thank you very much for the Indiana receptionist

Reception wasn’t welcomed at time of arrival, approached the reception as walk in waited for a while till he acknowledged me standing in front of him…then give the price higher than online of 20 bhd Asked for room with balcony which been confirmed at the first stage , after I made my reservation through booking assigned me room without balcony When I asked to change the room I believe was same reception who process the check was unprofessional saying only room available at parking… Since was a one night , and already late just let go and didn’t raise to management….

This was a comfortable, good value hotel. The rooms were spacious and confortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel is not particularly centrally located and you need a cab to get to the downtown and the main restaurant/night life area

Breakfast was fine. Everything i needed was there. I suppose, many hotels in the area have a large contingent of their clients from the Indian peninsula. As such, there is more to these group than the usual breakfast in Europe or asia. Location was good for my intended visits. In general, the impression i had was that the hotel is not that new.

Hotel MUST consider and upgrade their Breakfast Menu considering Indians guests and Pure Vegetarian food habitats which we missed inspite of prior request submission while booking hotel. Also; the bed quality and Pillows needs to be changed and upgraded since my wife got back and neck pain.
