Every time we walked in to the apartment, there was a horrible smell but we got used to it very quickly and putting on the AC helped. Both the rooms ACs are connected so if one person felt hot, the other person would be impacted.

The staff were really helpful and nice and the apartment was comfortable. The water pressure was really good so taking a shower was pleasant. We were given some pots and pans so it was nice to be able to cook our breakfast. The staff arranged a shuttle on the way back to the airport at 1am.

The Appartment has a large lounge area with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen that included an oven, microwave and a refrigerator, however there was a shortage of plates and cutlery The staff on the reception area are friendly and knowledgeable Its In a good location as just to the south of Manama city centre and is accessible as there is a bus stop just a few minutes walk away also free car parking is available at the front of the property also quite a few restaurants, bars and shops within a 10 minute walk

It would be great if little things like keeping hangers for clothes in the cupboards. When we arrived there were no slippers. But when we requested some they provided them. The kitchen also didn't have pots or utensils, when we requested they provided them.

The apartment and its rooms were very spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and polite.

There was absolutely nothing in the kitchen, no glasses, cutlery, kettle, toaster etc so almost pointless to have

There is no sockets to charge your phone. Windows are super dirty from inside. Location isnt that great. Building is dusty and looks abandoned from some angles.

Carpets need to be vacuumed. There were 4 dishes , glasses and spoons on the dining table but no other kitchen utensils, we asked the guy in the reception after arrival while we we’re going out to bring kettle and mugs later on, but nobody brought anything.

Bad smell from the kitchen Old furniture in the kitchen and no amenities other than 4 spoons, 4 plates, 4 x 0.5L bottles of water Quite dirty bathrooms Bathroom boiler(s) is quite small that can be a problem for 3-4 persons in the same apartment. Air conditioner is noisy

The two apartments I took were very clean, place is quite and ideal for family. Building is Close to many markets and restaurants.

Actually, I have arrived almost 4:00 p.m at the facility and the room was not ready, I checked in almost 5:30 p.m where the room was not clean, beds cover was not cleaned and toilet was not cleaned. After long day. I were having no options other than leaving the facility immediately and look for another hotel, I didn’t stay at the facility and I would like to have full refund.

Service in this property is zero , there is no proper discipline for hospitality. I called them for bottle of water and they did not bring it even I was ready to pay and they did not give water unbelievable!!!!! There is no water , no toothpaste, tea and tea maker nothing they provide , absolutely not trained staff for hotel business. The bed sheet and pillow were not clean and smelled very bad , bed sheet was very old with in clean spots on it .
