The check-in service was slow. Had to wait for 30 mins in line. And at 9 am one of your staff barged into my room with their key when it was locked from inside. Luckily I had the swing bar lock which made it impossible for her to enter. And the tap water in the sink was white in color and I called the front desk to raise the issue but they didn't pickup.

Don't advertise breakfast or even Continental Breakfast when you are only going to put out 2 juice boxes and a granola bar. I understand Continental Breakfast is usually not much more than a coffee and a small selection of pastries or muffins (not a full spread of hot items) but come on....We were in the lobby early, and it wasn't very busy so no excuse for not stocking or offering something...I would rather you just say we don't offer breakfast.

Blanket was not suitable for season - too heavy; pillows were quite flat - it took 4 pillow to make my mother comfortable, toilet height was too low - felt like it would be more suitable for a child; and lack of proper power source in room - power went out in the whole room when using hair drying, so we could not get ready for the wedding at the hotel.

Staff were great. Friendly, helpful. Room was clean but furniture is old, bathroom dated, carpet ancient The property could use a bit of a facelift. More like a 2 star hotel, with 3 star pricing.

I didnt like a thing about it other then location.. The toilet didnt flush properly The carpet is stain beyond stained Noisy all night Bed very uncomfortable Cold in room… no extra blankets For the price i paid i will never stay there again

I sent an message with a,long list...nothing lived up to what was said on the booking site except the the fact there were two rooms with 2 beds. I was so upset that I moved. So reality is I didn't like anything.

the got a first floor room the patio door didn’t lock. switched rooms. coffee pots were empty in the morning and no grab breakfasts available. Needed to look for staff to take care of that. ended up getting a cleaning lady who was very helpful.

The linens and pillows were uncomfortable to sleep in unfortunately. The beds were smaller than expected. The room did smell like smoke/marijuana smoke.

The room was on second floor and that was a problem for me cause I used a walker, I had to get the walker up the stairs myself, the room was not a nice smell, the fridge and microwave smelled., the breakfast was nice nice , and I was there for 6 nights.

Room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke even though advertised as no smoking Room very run down, furniture old and not in great shape, bathtub backed up water when showering, shower head clogged with limescale.

It was very run down and smelled bad. There were stains everywhere (floor, walls, curtains and bed) and moldy trim. Carpet was wrinkled and bunching and the walls had peeling old wallpaper. We refused the room we were given and they upgraded us to a newly refurbished room that was passable, but the tub didn’t work, there was still mold and poor workmanship everywhere.

i didnt like that no one cleaned rooms daily. we had to ask for clean towels. we had lots of garbage in room as no one came to clean. even when we asked i didnt likethe bag of breakfast it was not clear on the booking site

Reception staff weren't always there when you needed them. The breakfast was just an apple and a yoghurt.

- this room feels dark and damp there is no window in the room. There is only a sliding door. The safety device on the door doesn’t seem like it works correctly anymore. There is no tea kettle there is no coffee drip machine although there is coffee available in the lobby. The TV is a computer monitor and the video feed doesn’t fit the screen correctly it feels like you’re peering at a tiny 1980s or 1990s TV set. There’s a fairly nice office black office desk chair. The coffee table is scratched up but sturdy. The desk table beside the office chair has a quite sticky and scratched the surface not very pleasant for sitting up and doing some business work or budgeting or vacation planning whatever you’re doing. The bathroom counter is nice and wide the bathroom is bright the toilet seat isn’t screwed down properly. And the toilet seat is extremely small it feels like a child size toilet inside of the cup. The inside of the bathtub is quite clean and nice however the caulking along the bottom edge of the wall has a pink bacteria all along it the tiles are in desperate need of some grout cleaning. With the steam in the shower it feels like I’m breathing that’s grime off the grout and pink bacteria along the caulking. This room definitely needs to be aired out and some kind of ventilation installed or dehumidifier system installed to make this room more pleasant. With the king bed the room is fairly spacious. It seems impossible that a wheelchair could get into the bathroom. There is an ironing board near the front door of the room but I failed to locate an iron in the room rendering the ironing board useless.
