Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Saudi ArabiaThe room carpet looks old and dirty. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. It is noisy. We stayed at the 12th floor (at the very top, I think), but we still hear all the noise outside.
Staff were nice and helpful. Location is good since it is at the center of Manama. It is very near to the some of the destinations that we needed to visit. It is also very easy to locate. They have parking outside and inside the building. Can't expect much on the cleanliness, facilities and all, because the hotel price is very cheap. Overall, I think it's good for people who is just looking for a place to stay for a night.

Saudi Arabia* Parking Facilities are not properly managed. It's open parking. * Smelly rooms with no proper maintenance are low. * All the bars are not filled with people. * Should be having comfortable beds, rather than having beds where you can literally feel the springs by simply touching them.
* The Transparency of the hotel is the same as they advertise. * This is not a big luxury hotel, it's an affordable mid-level hotel in a good location. * The amenities are decent. * Walkable distance to nearby coffee shops, Restaurants, Spa's & Souq shopping. * It's a wise option if, under 150 SAR, more than 150 SAR is not worth the stay. * Could be a family-friendly hotel, but not on weekends.

Romaniathey didn’t prepare the room in concordance with the hotel standards- for example should have2 big towels, 2 medium towels and 2 small towels; for first night I received without towels, I had to call twice to bring towels! The first receptionist doesn’t know how to make a customer content! not all employees know what are the standards for the hotels, they needed retrained specially the big receptionist! they didn’t take into consideration for the hotel guests and try to take fee for club, after a long discussion they didn’t charge us!

Saudi Arabiaonce I checked in the room was little bit bad smell, I couldn’t find any hot water jug and coffee/tea. the contract shows micro Oven but I didn’t get any. even I call for house keeping he not change towel and not clean the floor. bathroom glass door can’t open fully. it’s hitting the steel bar. 2,3 times I got scared of opening this glass door. if the door broken additional charges will made on to guest….👏🏽😬
