Internet connectivity always brakes 5-6 times in an hour. Housekeeping dept works from 9.30am to 9 pm, which is strange for me. If we need something in between we won't get or get the items during their time.

The staff were very cooperative especially Mrs. Akansha.

The only thing which i didn't like was the swimming pool which was closed. Overall experience was very good.

Starting from check in till check out it felt very welcoming. I got a free upgrade to a Junior suite by the receptionist Sudha who has a very friendly personality. The room was very clean and spacious along with the amenities. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and surely will come back in future.

The parking, the loud disco noises and the uncontrolled access to the facilities and rooms. The rooms need some renovation.

The location is nice near Juffair mall and the rooms are good for the price.

Internet wi-fi connectivity is pathetic or literally unavailable inside the room, I had to spend most part of the stay, outside the room on the corridor to get connected to the internet

Room curtains are broken, including windows, no locks, and open, causing high wind being on top floor.room was stinks and not cleaned cupboard broken. Internet foes not work.

The surroundings of the hotel neighbouring were good. The hotel needs to focus on improving the facility, especially rooms.

The toilets need Improvement maybe the AC duct needs to be cleaned because there smell in the bathroom, and it requires extra toiletries. Bedroom and Lounge area Lights need improvement.

The staff are wonderful and cooperative, Especially the managers at the reception. The break is always super delicious and has a lot of varieties. Overall excellent service. I stayed almost 4 times and surely all upcoming stays will be in Ramee California Hotel. I expect to receive some discount/coupon code to get more discounts :)

I stayed 4 night. Not even once didn't they clean the room. I had to ask at the reception to take my garbage and give me a new towel. When I arrive there were 2 COMPLIMENTARY bottles of water that's it. This is my second stay getting from bad to worse.. Hopefully the services improve in near future. This was my worst stay till date.

For some reason, the receptionist upgraded my room to suite; did not pay attention when I checked in but at middle of night I discovered the room is located next to pumps or AC units outside, it’s like sleeping in a manufacturing plant. Bathroom cleanness, sorry dirtiness beats the records. Bed sheets- suspected they never been changed judging by the discoloring….

Cleanness- not sure how the competent authorities allow this to happen;

In general the hotel is nice but I have very bad experience with the customer service there, I forget my wallet in the room after check out I called the hotel and the lady answering and talking to me in very bad way Right now I didn't get back my wallet
