The bed was too hard. The toilet and sink were very low. Difficult for aged tall people.

A male guest was at the front desk in just a towel yelling at staff and women and exposing himself. He later trashed his room and broke the window. The staff contacted the manager and were told not to contact police and he would be there in the morning to handle the situation. The staff handled the situation as best they could having to follow the managers orders. The police were there around 10:30 am and were talking with the guest that caused the problems as I was checking out. I do not agree with the managers orders to his staff. This could have been a dangerous situation causing harm to guests and staff. The man should have been removed by police immediately. I would stay here again because I have stayed here many times and it's always been a good experience. I won't let one bad guest ruin me staying here at another time.

Overall my stay was ok. Bruce greeted me when I arrived and check in was easy.. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was spacious. The hot tub was relaxing.I was about 10 minutes late for breakfast and Brandon brought out items I asked for. He also did this for another guest that was later than I was. Thank you Brandon!

Our room had some sort of furnace or something that turned on and off continuously- made it hard to sleep. The comforter had holes in it. The carpet and recliners showed too much wear, tear and stains.

The location was fine for what we needed it for. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

When walking in the hall the halls seemed dirty, quite a few rooms looked like the doors were ajarred. In fact I had to kick the door to the open and kick it closed. At first I didn't notice that the door did not automatically lock. Definite safety issue

Breakfast was descent. Cleanliness okay. Room seemed clean, bed comfortable, shower was nice with hit water but had to pull the drain for water to go down. Would stay there again

Coffee was pretty low quality.

Breakfast not so good but adequate quantity of choices. Room met my needs, had a nice recliner. Nothing glamorous but I was traveling for a class and good value.

The hot breakfast is not so hot .the candies vendors machine didn't hav5 much to offer. It a bit far from the center of town.

The price, maybe the cheapest hotel in west bend. Great cable .the shower is nice plenty of towels. A mini fridge and a microwave too.

Double charged for room by Booking and front desk at location, despite providing booking confirmation number upon arrival. Issue is not resolved at this time.

Our shower made a loud whining noise while on. And our toilet handle would stick when flushed causing the toilet to run constantly if we didn’t get up to fix it.

We were told no toys were allowed in the pool area because their insurance didn’t cover accidents. It was a blow up beach ball. A family member staying with our group slipped and fell on ice and we were told there wasn’t ice in the parking lot and any incident report had to be filled out with the police and not the property because they “don’t do incident reports.”

Breakfast was ok for the value of the hotel. There was unexpected hot food, but I’m not sure how safe the food was given that the breakfast area wasn’t very clean or maintained.

We encountered a problem with the door key to our room. The staff person gave new pass cards, but the problem never was resolved. He could not or would not find a way to resolve the room key problem. In the end, one of us had to stay in the room so we would not get locked out. It was inconvenient and the problem was never resolved. Also one of the additional outside doors would not lock. For two women traveling that is uncomfortable. We did not feel really safe because of that. The common areas were clean. WE ate at two local restaurants. Good food within walking distance.

We did not eat breakfast there. The morning coffee was good. As for the room, the beds were really comfortable, room and building clean.
