The room was a bit outdated and not the most comfortable but it was functional.

Shuttle service and location are great! Breakfast, room and other facilities are decent and rather clean. All in all, I had a nice stay.

The lady at reception was extremely helpful in guiding us on how to manage around Ramadan as non muslims and helped us navigate the city and plan our stay. Not much. Room was adequate and quiet. Lift worked efficiently. Staff helpful. Breakfast was cold on our first day. Plenty of choice including eggs cooked to order but the other dishes were not hot, or not hot enough.

"Cold" water in the shower is actually warm :) And you really want cold after the whole day. But I guess this is not the hotel's problem, but in general smth usual for Brunei.

The staff is very helpful - I needed a doctor, so they helped with that. The hotel is in an amazing location - you can walk to the main sightseeing places and to the others - the hotel suggests a free shuttle bus. I would really recommend going to the Gadong market. And what I really appreciated was pick-up from the airport, asmy plane landed almost at midnight.

Decent, comfortable room. Friendly staff. The free airport shuttle service is very convenient. Good location - not right in the centre, but within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. The shuttle can also take you to specific locations around town at certain times, although we didn't end up using it: although nobody else in Brunei seems to walk anywhere, we found it was quite easy to walk around town from the hotel.

Walking distance to the OAS Mosque, Regalia and Kampong Ayer. Good selection of hot and cold meals at breakfast. The kindness and hospitality of the staff was above average, I got everything I asked for. The complimentary shuttle service is a huge advantage in the city.

The housekeeping is not quite fast, as we usually called twice even three times, there he comes. I understand that the additional towel would cost, but the rest of stay, we still need to request.

The AC in the suite is noisy. The breakfast is basic and not well prepared (cold, not tasty). The furniture is old.

The 2 bedroom suite is good for 4 pax. It is a small hotel and conveniently located.

The other staff were not very helpful - they seemed bored and disinterested . They offer food in the restaurant but did not want to cook it and closed the restaurant an hour early!

The staff on the reception were good but the others were not . The shuttle bus was an excellent service and the breakfast was good . The room was fine .
