Lithuania"Cold" water in the shower is actually warm :) And you really want cold after the whole day. But I guess this is not the hotel's problem, but in general smth usual for Brunei.
The staff is very helpful - I needed a doctor, so they helped with that. The hotel is in an amazing location - you can walk to the main sightseeing places and to the others - the hotel suggests a free shuttle bus. I would really recommend going to the Gadong market. And what I really appreciated was pick-up from the airport, asmy plane landed almost at midnight.

Good location - not right in the centre, but within easy walking distance of the waterfront and other attractions. The shuttle can also take you to specific locations around town at certain times, although we didn't end up using it: although nobody else in Brunei seems to walk anywhere, we found it was quite easy to walk around town from the hotel.

The staff on the reception were good but the others were not . The shuttle bus was an excellent service and the breakfast was good . The room was fine .
