I love everything about the hotel especially their free shuttle service! It's so convenience and helpful a lot. The sahoor menu was also tempting and full of varieties. I would love to stay again in future!

Pillows were too thick and hard for me, and I think the aircon vent in the room wasn't adjustable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Aside from free airport transfer, they offer free shuttle service to different sites -- I've never heard of a hotel that provided this until now. It's also very near the center making it walkable to many spots. It's also walkable to Tasek Lama if you're into nature walks. Really happy I stayed here. Thank you TCRS staff!

very basic, (misleading information by booking.com i.e. no pool), rooms very bare compared to foto's. No hairdryer, no bed lights, no bedstands. Breakfast very basic, fresh fruit ran out early. poor quality coffee and tea.

Great hotel near major attractions within walking distance. Staff incredibly nice and friendly. Came as a solo traveler arrived at 11pm. They put me in a room that had a connecting door to the next room. Door did not properly lock and I did not like that due to safety issues. I requested another room without a door connecting to next room and they were able to accommodate my request and were so nice about it. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

All good. The name has the word suites in it but you do not actually have a suite.

Great place to stay. Brunei has basically no taxi. They pick you up at airport and take you back. They also shuttle around to important places such as the night market. All this is included in the price. They are very accommodating. Hotel has everything you need but is not what you would call luxury.

This place was great. Excellent location, great value for money, clean and comfortable, and every staff member we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. The free shuttle around town to the main tourist spots was an excellent surprise. It’s not a luxury hotel but it has everything you’d need for way less than you’d expect to pay.

Restaurant. Not able to have dinner due to some large group being there. Ended up eating at the radisson and ended up staying there for 2 nights out of the 3 in brunei

They charged me 93 $ extra, giving some stupid reason saying there was a spillover of Ink on bed Quilt, but this was something which was from Housekeeping itself, because when i left the room, everything was ok, intelligently housekeeping put the blame on me. In my 15 years of travel i never had such a situation while hotel had to blame i spilled over some ink on the Quilt. i just got a feeling that they were recovering now the losses they had during COVID.

it was too quite during night time (not too scary as they were ample lamps and all… maybe it was just me) hehehhe oh! i dont know where to put my weekend bag. it wud have been nice if you could provide something lika small table. but everything i assure you to my top likings

Great spot, parking was ample and secure, elevator works and spacious, walking distance around the property was best and wheelchair friendly.

Room was very small, no wardrobe to put your clothes or a cupboard in the bathroom for toiletries. Aircon blows straight to the bed and it wasn't possible to increase the temperature, so we woke up with a sore throat. Breakfast could be better, too.

Nothing!! We liked everything.

Everything was great there! The staffs were super super nice and helpful! My sister and I really enjoyed the time there. Special thanks to the driver Arif and the staff Stanley and the girl from front desk (probably the boss) and also other staffs (we didnt know their names lol) Anyway, all the staffs there were super friendly and easy to communicate with. They helped us a lot!! We were really grateful 🥹 The room was clean. The housekeepers did very great jobs. The location is good. The hotel also offered shuttle bus so it was easy for us to visit the spots. We were trying to take ferries to kota kinabalu but we were not sure about the schedule. Arif, Stanley, the front desk and some other staffs tried their best to help us and we finally got into the ferry. We already miss this hotel and the staffs there!!! We hope that we will come back and visit this hotel.
