Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff were amazing Julio or Hulio was the best he really took the time out to ensure our stay was above and beyond. I’d go back and stay there again just for him. The apartment was big a spacious and on top floor with a great view. The restaurant was great and we were really tired so super handy for us. The airport shuttle taxi driver was super cute he even stopped off to let us take photos of La Paz. The location was great for us as it was right down the road from an amazing Dentist Dr Luis Pacheco which I last minute has an emergency root canal treatment and he really looked after me. I know this is nothing to do with the hotel but to me it was a miracle that it was so close to the dentist who probably saved my life.

AustraliaEverything!! we spent a week in La Paz and it was a great base. Apartment had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and good. The staff were excellent and very helpful, spoke English and helped us book trips etc. Silvania was exceptional and lovely to deal with. We flew in early in the morning and they had a driver waiting for us, which made it very easy to check in a get some sleep.

Large rooms and bathroom. Unusually large bed (for three). Quiet. Great views from the windows. Best breakfast in Bolivia. Best tasting fried eggs, big variability of everything, they even had bacon and oats. Receptionist organised a tour to Chacaltaya for a 100BS per person. As well booked a taxi for a very early morning and taxi was waiting outside as expected.

GermanyThe room had no decor whatsover, no charm, all very boring. We strongly recommend some Bolivian decor, with colorful indigenous rugs and cushions. We even adorned the room with the rug we bought while we were there and it looked much better.
We were given a beautiful room with an extraordinary view to the mountains. The room is very confortable and big, with a nice living room, kitchen, room, bathroom and balcony. We would certainly return.

The room was very large and well appointed with separate kitchen. Very nice views from both the bedroom and living room. The heating was working and very welcome.

United States70 tv chanel and not one in English! Noise from the green water pipe in the bed room. the city tour for $45 was very short and the driver didnt speak English. I tried to order a rental car. They guy who came was not the best option, because i choose a Suzuki Jimny 1.3 or similar with Collision insurance and he came with an other car and $700 more. i didnt accept it and complaint on the desk guy.

AustraliaFive star hotel with one star service to clients' request. We came in early on day 1 and had breakfast, which we knew we would have to pay. But on the last day, check out was very early at 5.00 am so we said to substitute the first day's breakfast with the last day's. As far as I, the customer, is concerned, we stayed 3 nights so were entitled to 3 breakfasts. But no, the hotel made us pay for 4 breakfasts, even if we did not take the last day's breakfast. For a five star outfit, I am greatly disappointed with their calculative attitude and inflexibility to meet client's needs and request.
