Big breakfast (including fruits), no problem with leaving backpacks in the hostel on the last day for free, possibility to book tours directly in the hostel

Our room was cold with no heating. There was a bad smell from the bathroom, probably drainage related.

The staff were lovely and friendly, they helped us by giving us a map of the area. Breakfast was basic but good! The little fruit salad with yoghurt was delicious!

My room was on the very top floor so it was an effort getting there with the altitude, but that will be the same at any place!

Decent location in the town with very nice hosts. Breakfast was really nice, with eggs fruit and yoghurt. The hosts were extremely helpful when I fell ill and brought what I needed to my room. There’s a very nice view of the lake on the top floor too. Shower was hot and they also let me store my bag when I went to Isla del sol.

The owner is lovely and very happy to share information about Isla del Sol. Walking distance from centre, Wi-Fi worked well. She also offered to look after our luggage for free. Hostel is a family home, which feels you are directly giving to the local community.

In the bathroom was a strong mold smell. Everything was overpainted but in fact better renovate the bathroom. Then its gonna be a very good price - service situation.

First accommodation in peru and bolivia after 1 month with really hot shower👍🏻 Very friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast with coffe, toasts, butter, marmalade and fruits yogurt. Nice view from the top on the lake.

Room was carpeted and a bit dusty. We wore sandals inside. The shower trim (control handle) was duck-taped...because there was some small current in it. Not ideal for a shower. We always made sure to turn on/off the shower while being dry and using a towel or plastic bag. Minor inconvenience but quite shocking (ah!) at first.

The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great advice regarding what to do and see in Copacabana and on la Isla del Sol. We stayed 2 nights there then 2 nights on the island camping. The hosts kept part of our stuff (bags) which we did not need for the 2 days we were on la Isla (made the hike quite a bit easier...) Breakfast is simple but good and complete - fills you. Bed is warm, shower has hot water. We stayed in the top room and had easy access to the top terrasse. It was an amazing view any time of the day. We crossed paths with quite a few other backpackers over breakfast. You're likely to see people that will go on the island at the same time as you. Overall amazing value for money.

Good location close to bus stop and town. Staff were so helpful with what to do in area and you can buy boat tickets for Isla del sol. They also let us store our luggage. Breakfast was really good and our room was comfy and roomy with a nice terrace area

The room was a little stuffy I think maybe because of the carpet but it just needed to be aired out a bit.

The lady at the front desk was really nice and helpful. It's in a really good locations and the room was pretty decent. They also had hot water which is always a plus amd we had a really great view of the city.

Not far on the map but Copacabana is a bit hilly and at high altitude so just bear this in mind when you walk with large bags to the place.

The bed was very hard and the drains in the bathroom smelt so bad we didn’t want to turn the taps on. Shower was warm but not very powerful.

Excellent breakfast included - fruit and yoghurts, eggs bread etc. The staff were so lovely and friendly and accommodating.

The lady running the place is absolutely lovely, welcoming and speaks inglis. She made a nice breakfast to start the day and was genuine in talking with each of her guests. The view from the balcony of the lake was great too.
