I arrived very early in the morning and the person at reception was reluctant in doing my early check-in, not the best first impression... The rest of the staff were way nicer. This hostel is also a restaurant and a club so it can be very busy and confusing. The shower in my dorm didn't have hot water and it was not fixed during my stay (we had to use the shared bathroom). The bunk bed didn't have curtain, they were very old school and not very comfortable.

The location of the hostel is perfect, very close to the center. The room was big, was far from the club and had its private bathroom. I did the walking tour organized by the hostel which was nice

Unfriendly stuff, they don't really care you feel welcome. When we came to reception it was always awkward, they ignore you or they offer a really short communication. The rooms are close to the restaurant so if you open your windows you lose privacy. They play music all day but at night I'd quiet. We stay in a week day so we cannot say anything about the weekend. It is to big to socialise.

Good location, you get free breakfast, comfy bed. You can leave your luggage if you want to go hiking (Maragua crater for example). Too much bread and only butter and jam. You can pay extra if you want eggs.

Maybe just the fact that there was loud music until really late and they told us that in that room we couldn’t almost hear what we did. And the fact that the curtains doesn’t cover the outside light and the disco night lights. So we had light all day

The breakfast is absolutely amazing. The best one I had so far. We stayed for a few nights, the first night was crazy because there was music until really late but it’s a party hostel so it’s normal. The room was really big and the second night we stayed in the apartment that was huge and we really enjoyed.

Not good for light sleepers. It can be quite loud at night as the hostel is also a restaurant/bar/club.

Internet isn’t the greatest so not a good place to work from. The hostel is a bar and restaurant too, so if you are looking for a quiet place this is definitely not the place.

Didn't find the kitchen until the 3rd day. Workers started hammering nails at 7am and you couldn't get coffee until 8am. Workers would tell us no, when they knew there were workarounds. Most of the food was gone by 9am and there was no protein at breakfast.

The first day the hot water in my room didn't work, but I guess this is something punctual.

The place is a old colonial house and it so big and beautiful. The breakfast it's good but you have to pay an extra if you like to have an egg. It's clean and comfortable. The room was big and the beds too.

The patio where everyone goes to drink and chat at night is directly next to the matrimonials rooms, so you'll sleep according to who's chatting in front of your door at night

Very central easy to go everywhere, people working here are nice and helpful. We arrived at 5am, and wait an hour knocking at the door, but finally someone opened the door, let us in, and make your ourselves comfortable wait for our room. Everything is clean

The wifi was not working very well and it was (as mentioned often) very loud during night. But otherwise everything was good.

The breakfast was awesome (nice buffet with a lot of fruits) and in general the facilities were good. Nice garden. We could check in early, which was really nice and leave out stuff there before talking the bus in the evening. Very nice walking Tour for 50 BS.
