There was construction work happening on the same floor we were on, and it was LOUD.

No elevator. It was in process of being installed. Charged $100 Bolivian to check out at noon instead of 11am. Which wasn’t great since all the banging to install the elevator.

Absolutely one of the best accommodations we have been to in Bolivia! Very spacious room with a large bed, big balcony to enjoy the gorgeous view of Lake Titicaca. Depending on the size you are facing, you can even see be on your bed as the sun sets behind the Lake. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and allowed us to store our luggages during our one night trip to Isla del Sol. The breakfast have quite a variety to take from when we were there too, and the location is close walking distance from the major streets in Copacabana, as well as being very close to the boat terminal for island day tours. Overall a wonderful experience!

Rooms weren’t too sound proof. Shower heads needed maintenance.

The rooms are very small but they swapped us to a family room. Fantastic views from all the sea facing rooms and a small balcony was nice to have the door open. Breakfast was really nice and they accommodated our request to have an earlier one on our departure morning. Parking garage was a bonus.

There walls were very thin and noise could easily be heard from voices and people moving around.

the hotel is quite basic, and quite dated but clean and the staff when available were helpful. it reflected the star rating. The room was cold but they gave us extra blankets and an extra heater. They didn’t make up the room the next day. There was a shortage of hot water in the evening. The location was good for us. great view of lake from balcony.

The room had a radiator for heating, but the hotel only turns it on as of 7 p.m. and shuts it off in the morning. The radiator wasn't powerful enough to actually warm up the room at night, so it was a bit chilly. There is no elevator, so if you are adjusting to the altitude or if you have mobility issues, it can be a challenge to climb the stairs to reach the lobby and the hotel room.

The hotel room offered a great view of the lake and has USB plugs for charging your devices. The bathroom had a hairdryer. They provide a very nice hot breakfast in a dining room that also looks onto the lake. It is a short walk from everything.

It got a little chilly in the rooms at night, so getting out of bed (they provide plenty of duvets) is difficult!

Shower took quite some running water to reach pleasant temperature. Like anywhere else, they are cheap on toilet paper so we had to ask at the reception desk for it.

Wonderful lake view. Great location - right at the port, 10 min walk from main square and bus stop, 5 min from Av 6 de Augusto with restaurants/bars/tourist agencies. Spacious room. Heating block is in the room (worked only over the night for us) and has hot water in the bathroom. Nice (basic, standard) breakfast. Hotel accepts credit card (hard to find thing in Copacabana).

The internet was very weak.

Very well located, near the shore of the lake, the main streets and sights of Copacabana and the terminal for the buses. We were tired from travelling on night buses and from staying in hostels, so in the couple of nights we had here we were able to well rest, the room was comfortable and we had warm water.

The staff never replied to my message asking if they accepted cards (they do). The pillows were a bit too hard for my taste and the room doesn't have a minibar. Perhaps I am jusg being picky.

Amazing view and friendly staff, the location was also perfect, just in front of the decks.

- Bad WiFi - Missing toiletries (one has to ask for them at reception otherwise they are not included in the room). Also, no toilet brush in the bathroom! (a very basic item for a 3 star hotel) - 17% card fee if paying with credit card

We loved everything about our stay. Lake views on our balcony were wonderful! Breakfast had a tasty selection and the staff really are friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
