In general, the hotel had its best time, it needs renovating. The rooms are wornout by now. The bathroom was not very clean and - on top of that - they did not clean the room the next day. I asked at reception: their new policy is to only clean the room if you tell them to. What they do forget is to tell you that at checkin, at least they didn’t tell me. Very unprofessional.

Good hotel close to bus stop (100m) and several business facilities. Telenor Arena just across the street. Excelent breakfast is served every morning from 6:30am. Free coffee and more available in the very spacious lobby. Helpfull and frendly staff.

The only slight negative is the single beds … they just don’t work for me. They are comfortable with good bedding but I would prefer them to be bigger…. Doubles are often unavailable.

I stay here often, as it’s close to the office. The staff are all lovely and helpful when needed. The rooms are always spotless. The breakfast is great with many choices

Door lock sometimes took multiple tries to open. Room was a bit far from entrance. Reception forgot to tell us they would not change towels during stay, unless asked, even when staying for more then 2 nights.

Nice room, clean and the beds were good. friendly staff. breakfast buffet had a good selection, and tables were nice. It has a nice bar for socializing. All in all good impression and enjoyed my stay.

Blankets were quite small, but thick. Way too hot. On top of that, looks like temperature control did not work. I did not feel any difference, even though I put it to the minimum temperature for the night. As a result, I could not sleep properly. There was no kettle in the room, I had to go all the way to the 1st floor (definitely more than 100m) and then back whenever I wanted a cup of tea.

The third extra bed was awful, very short for adult and low. The shower was weirdly close to the loo, so every time someone showered water got on top of it

Clean, comfortable beds and a nice treat for our dog was waiting for us. Very friendly and supporting staff helping us to understand Oslo travel style and in fact we ended up to appreciate the location as it was so much better to leave from there than other options we had. Great breakfast also. The coffee machine ready to be used in any moment in the lobby was a huge plus for me.

Shower sprays water all over the bathroom. -------------- Pay attention if you arrive by car! Parking in front of the hotel is't free. I arrived at late night and saw a small parking in front of the hotel. The was a sign something like "free parking, max 10 hours". I relaxed because planned to leave early in morning (less than 10 hours at the parking space). When I woke up I found a penalty on car's window (660 NOK ~ 66 EUR). In the morning light I double checked the sign and there was "fee parking, max 10 hours" (fee, not free 😬) Of course it's my fault. I just want to warn everyone about it. It's better to ask receptionist where you can park and immediately move away your car from that parking. Fun fact: based on information from penalty (there's a QR code with link to site with all details: why you can't park there, time officer registered penalty and even your car photos) officer arrived after ~40 minutes (Sunday midnight) I parked in front of the hotel. Be careful!

We would have liked to have a small fridge in the room with mineral water. It would have been nice to have tea/ coffee/kettle available in the room too. We could not find chocolate to buy downstairs in the lounge. Also, some small traditional soaps for hands, cotton wool and cotton buds.

The breakfast was excellent. Variety of quality food. The location was excellent as well for us, as we came to Oslo to see a concert at Telenor Arena.

Its summer holiday and there were many family with kids. They were running up and down the hallway right up to midnight. Wished the hotel have a big play area for the kids to run. No water in room. Need to go down to lobby for water, tea and coffee. My room door lock was faulty. Somebody opened our door eventhough we have locked it from inside.

Comfy bed. Wonderful breakfast buffet consists of juices, fruits, cereals, rolls, eggs, biscuits etc. Pay 150 Nok per nite stay at auto pay machine level -1. Use credit card to pay. It was a good stay before we start our tour.
