“This is just a little gem in Corumbau. A great location just a few minutes' walk from the beach and close distance from the main village with a few markets and restaurants. The bungalow is spacious, well-designed and organised, very clean and with all the structure one needs to spend a few days, including a full kitchen with many appliances. Jaqueline and Saulo will make sure you have everything you need, and will provide you with all the assistance and information about the area. Wi-Fi works very well.”

“The location is excellent, 200m to the beach (which is wide, clean with lovely, fine sand). Vila Budião provides beach towels, sunbeds, and gazebos. Walking along the beach, you reach Ponta de Corumbau within 5 min.

Breakfast was delicious and plenty. The garden is big and well maintained. There are fridges in every room, and another big one in a common area, where you can get wine, beer and fizzy drinks.”
“Casa Mandala is essentially a family beach house converted into a boutique hotel, and as such retains all of the charm of its original purpose. It is beautifully decorated, open and airy, and looks straight out onto a stunning beach just a few minutes away from the end of the peninsula. Owner Natalia went out of her way to make our family comfortable, arranging for after hours food from next door our first night, allowing us use of the kitchen, and helping with any and all requests. We enjoyed our delicious breakfasts out on the wrap-around verandah, and use of the private lounge chairs out on the beach, where a number of restaurants prepare great sea food. Truly a relaxing experience, and my daughter used her time there to write a 1st draft of her college essay. While we were there in the off-season and had it to ourselves, the house is perfectly suited to a larger group. Highly recommended.”
