“This hotel is different from everything I have seen; it is very techy in all aspects, so you don't have to interact with any staff for pretty much everything - everything is well explained in detail and is very intuitive even for elderly people (my parents). The beds are super comfortable, and everything is extremely clean and well maintained. It is gorgeous! I would definitely come back when staying in Governador Celso Ramos. The neighborhood is quite small, quiet and accessible, and it seems it's growing a lot. The staff is very helpful via chat and answers questions very quickly, also very kind when calling to ask questions.”
