Very nice place, good location and very comfortable. Only annoying thing is that one of the elevators were not working and since I was on the 13th every time was taking forever to go up and down. But the room was very nice, amenities good and also amazing breakfast.

Smoke detector light is right above the bed so it was difficult to sleep as the light keeps on blinking.

The TV wasn’t working as expected. The crew, however, was very polite and kind in attempting to fix it.

The breakfast was delicious as always. The pool was exceptional. Furthermore, its location — the chief reason for me choosing this particular hotel since 2015 — is among the very best in Brasília.

The elevators are sometimes difficult to get - but I do not know how this could be improved. It seems that the three not very big elevators are not enough for the hotel of this size. The breakfast area also gets congested. Perhaps more space should be allocated to it - or a Japanese model can be used, where people are ushered where to sit, so that there is no unnecessary waiting.

There is barely anything that I can say. At the beginning the information about the private parking lot was not provided so I had to search my way there but it was not a problem. It is a bit strange that the entrance to the parking lot is blocked with a traffic cone and the parking guard sitting like 50m away which means that if you want to enter, you mostly need to put the cone away yourself because the guard often does not notice that there is a car coming in. The remote control for the TV didn't properly work on the distance from my bed to the TV which it normally should...

The location in the hotel zone is suberb. Everything is in nearby distance such as the TV tower, the stadium and the museums. I liked that the parking lots were included without further cost. Also the room was quite spacious and always clean. Furthermore the breakfast was really good and I liked that they had single seating spaces for single guests with "available" and "occupied" cards which makes it easy to figure out which tables were already taken and which ones were free.

Restaurant is rather limited in its cuisine and wine selection. Store in hotel sells souvenirs and bric-a- brac, but not essential supplies for travelers or small food items. A large shopping center is across the street but the traffic can be daunting and going for a small item inconvenient.

Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff attentive and courteous.

There was no real bar in this hotel but it wasn't a problem as the shopping centre with bars and restaurants was just across the road.

Very nice hotel close to two shopping centres with lots of bars and restaurants. The room was larger than average and well equiped. There was a very good selection of food at breakfast which was continually being replenished. Staff were friendly and efficient.

The size of our room was small for a couple. The first room that we spend a first night was nice but we had a problem with plumbing system and moved to other room smaller without any open view in the first floor. I do not recommend this accommodation, if you want to enjoy the hotel. This was my second stay at this hotel and the previous trip I booked a much better room with view to the city. At this trip I was disappointed with the space and location of our room.

The location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with many options and healthy choices.

The hotel was very busy during weekend and elevators are small for a hotel. we have to change the room for plumbing issues and the second room was too small.

Location just across the Brasilia Mall was very convinient, close to excellent places to eat, shopping .
