While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Jade Hotel Brasília, I must express some feedback regarding the breakfast options. Although the overall experience was pleasant, I found the diversity of food to be somewhat lacking compared to the standard I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, I believe that providing at least one complimentary bottle of water per day would greatly enhance the guest experience. This is a customary amenity in many hotels of similar quality and would be a valuable addition to the services offered at the Jade Hotel Brasília. The hotel is located in an industrial area close to the freeway. We were told by the receptionist that it's NOT safe to run in the neighborhood. The hotel gave us a double room with 2 single beds, although our reservation is for 3 adults and we checked in as such. The receptionist spoke very limited English, or any other language than Portuguese. The gym, although nice, is quite a walk from the room area.

Breakfast is the best we had in Brazil, with made to order omelets. Parking is included. Gym is one of the better ones we have seen all over Brazil.

We really appreciated the care of the staff. We travelled to Brasilia with our infant baby, so we stayed a large portion of our trip in the room. It was very comfortable, quiet, and convenient. Parking was also notable. It was so easy to take the elevator from our floor to the garage, with our parking space within a few meters from the elevator doors. We will stay here again when we visit Brasilia in the future.

It was a bit costly, but overall a good experience and worth the price.

Nice strong hot shower, big bed, spacious room, fast internet, excellent and generous breakfast, cappuccino machine!!! The reception guy at check in gave us a free upgrade to a nicer room, and we're really grateful for that! Would definitely come back to this great hotel!
