How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

I have forgotten my A23 charger in the room after check-out. I called the Hotel after 15 minutes, the employees were giving me other phone numbers, and no one was volunteering to check or pick up the equipment and at least leave it at the reception, because my girlfriend works in front of the Mall. Unfortunately, they disappeared with the charger. I called several numbers that they gave me and no one got back to me. For the love of your personal stuff, don't leave anything in the bedroom or you might never get it back. Little things show big details

the rooms have old furniture, in general is an old infrastructure. the cleaning is bad I find everyday hair in the pillows, bed, bathroom. Sheets and towels are not white are yellow and old. Towels have a weird smell. the quality of the toilet paper is the lowest one. breakfast was a small buffet with the basic, but they were maintained the place were they served so they served in the lobby it was a total mess with many people and small tables for give space to everyone. everyday they fix the tables different and the whole buffet change, one day the coffee was in one place the next day in other. Too pricey for the level.
I liked the location. At least close to the office I have to visit and the district is in general safety

Nothing really. Everything was great.
Amazing staff - everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit, juices, cakes, bread, everything you can think of. Spacious rooms with very comfortable mattresses. The hotel is located right across from Morumbi Mall, which is a great place to go for shopping and meals.

It is placed near to a good mall (just to crossing the avenue).
The room infrastructure is quite of old (9th floor) and the bathroom really small. Seems the 14th floor and up are more newest (we not sure about that, it was a info someone gave us). Also, the breakfast is not so convincing, in terms of variety of food, even the options for who is vegetarian is really poor.

The room wasn't very clean. Some sheets had stains, disgusting. The TV we couldn't use because it wasn't working. The breakfast doesn't have variety. Same thing everyday.
Very good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy to drop off the car at the valet. Same to get the car.

Room was dirty, they didn’t clean on the Saturday morning, check in took more then 20 minutes; elevators take too long, as they stop on all floors; during breakfast time, as there is a bad management at this hotel, they do not divide rooms to choose their breakfast hour, so when we came, it was full and we have to wait to find a table. When I go to other big hotels, at check in, they ask me what time would I like to have breakfast, so they can divide better the amount of people. I won’t stay at this hotel again. As well, Booking. com rate does not reflect the experience I had .
