All went well but I would have appreciated a kettle in the room.

We booked this accomodation on the way to nearby Legoland (10 mins car) because at an acceptable price. Then we found out it is in the highways rest area on its front side but as you become familiar with the country road on the back side it turns nicer. The structure is modern, quiet and clean, far from noisy trucks, with no uncivilized customers as the position on the highway may lead to think. Good breakfast at an acceptable cost (kids don't pay), supermarket just crossed the highway and nice Leipheim village at 5 mins where to have some local food and beer.

To improve: - despite being a non smoking place, our room had a very stromg cigarette smell

Only one check out, staff excellent, but very slow due to the number of customers. In the past, two checkouts were in use.

Everything was good really bit of building work going on but it was all good

we had a ground level room right near the car park,coffee bar was good as was the Burger King this was our overnight stay travelling from Calais on our way to Mayrhofen Austria .

The options for eating were somewhat limited compared to many previous visits. However, this was due to the hotel having a new kitchen installed. Burger King was still open, and a satisfactory option for breakfast was provided for hotel guests in a separate area.

Pleasant convenient room on the ground floor, as requested. However, we had to move rooms as we soon found there was no cold water pressure in Room 18. We were quickly given a nearby room, 16, which was fine. Situation handled very well by staff.

It does not have a fridge or airconditioning and they didn't give us towels for our baby. Reception was at the coffee shop and they didn't speak much English

The hotel's location is next to the highway, so it's a good option for a 1-night sleepover when traveling elsewhere. The room was clean and cozy, there is a big parking that looked safe. It's a good option for visiting Legoland as well.

Cleaning staff were opening the doors to all the rooms at 8 in the morning, closing each one with a bang and thereby waking us up. They also entered our room while we were still in bed (not waiting after knocking). Since we had arrived late the previous night we didn’t get enough rest.

Family room could fit five people (one on an extra bed). Everything was very clean. Convenient location on the autobahn for an overnight stop.

The choice of meals in the restaurant is poor. It used to be good but has deteriorated since Covid.

For me that it lies conveniently on the halfway point of a long journey. In winter I can hire a garage.. Parking seems to be safe. Breakfast is good value .... it really is ein guter Start in den Tag!!

Noisy door slamming by other residents, impossible to close doors quietly. We have stayed there many times and in the summer, no air conditioning and the rooms are stifling hot.

By the side of the Autobahn, pet friendly. Fields at the rear for safe off lead dog walking.
