You have to be aware that close to the waterfalls means far from the city and restaurants etc. For us it was OK. One-way transfers are included, but you'll need to contact the other company to provide them with a lot of your personal information and flight details. This is quite annoying, but it's worth taking advantage of.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the entrance to the falls and the bird park, which we definitely recommend. Close to the airport. The staff is very helpful and nice. Some people speak English. The rooms are large and clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast is good. At this price and location it is really worth staying in this place. One way airport transfer was included in the price. They gave us the contact details of a guide who took us to the Argentinian side of the falls, also at a reasonable price.

One of the two pools for adults was not clean, with dirty cloudy water. Pool area needs maintenance with broken tiling and cement at pool sides. Outdated bedroom and bathroom. The room safe had no lock so could not be used.

I only ate one dinner in the restaurant and wasn't particularly impressed, but maybe I didn't make the best choice from the menu. The staff were good though.

Arriving at the hotel was a bit concerning as there was major constuction going on on the road outside. But this didn't turn out to be an issue at all. The location was excellent, being close to various attractions, including the Bird Park and the National Park with the falls. The room was clean and comfortable, the shower was excellent, the A/C was good and the location was quiet, despite the construction.

Door knob very hard to turn and open. There were bugs flying inside the room. No screen on windows inside the bathroom, no exhaust fan so we cannot open the window because of the bugs getting inside the bathroom and bedroom. No free water, bottled water available for RS5.00 or $1.00 for every 500ml. The mall is 10m by Uber. There’s a free pick up from the airport to the hotel 72hrs before check in and only via WhatsApp. I emailed and they still replied to use WhatsApp. No free transport back to the airport

Excellent staff specially Bruno who was very patient and helping us how to get around and where to go for tourist spots. A/C is working very good inside the bedroom.

It is hard to get there and get away from there. Although it is close to the airport, taxi fees were kind of high. The room itself was nothing special, but it was fair for the price I guess.

The hotel is very close to the Iguazu National Park and you can walk there, which is great! The hotel is great for staying just a night. It has a big outdoor and pool area. Some of the staff speak English and the were friendly and helpful.

The only negative thing I have to say is a dirty towel was left in our bathroom when we arrived.

The property had everything you needed. Selling some essentials at the front desk. Great facilities and the breakfast buffet was amazing. The staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport and to a few amusement parks.

Everything was fine for the price. It's more of a budget place to stay in terms of newness, toiletries, etc. Great value though

Staff was extremely friendly and kind. One person even drove us to the entrance of the national park in their own car when we thought we weren't going to make it in time by walking. This is not a new hotel, but it is very clean. The walls seemed to be newly painted, and the mattress was in good condition, There is no Cabe TV, and the number of channels is limited, but I had no intention of watching TV when I was on vacation with so many beautiful things to see.

The breakfast was excellent—lots of fruits, yogurt, cakes, cold cuts, different types of bread, eggs, and sausages. The coffee was delicious and strong, and the juices were freshly squeezed. The workers are friendly and attentive. They will try very hard to please you; if you do not like the room, they will try to move you to another room if available.

The hairdryer in the room appeared to have melted from within... we didn't dare to use it. And though we got collected from the airport free of charge, we weren't given any details as to who is picking us up, which company etc, which left us wandering around the terminal for a while. The phone number for the hotel on booking.com doesn't work, but a very kind lady from the car rental company at the airport made a few calls/search on the internet and got us all sorted.

The location is great, staff is very helpful. Decent choice of food in the restaurant, and really good breakfast.

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Had enough furniture and cupboards. The air conditioning was good. The breakfast was excellent and it had many varieties to choose from. It has 24*7 check-in facility and luggage storage which was really helpful. The staffs were polite. The location is in the walkable distance to the Iguacu national park and the bird park.

You are away from the main town so it is a taxi ride to anywhere other than the falls. Property is in need of some investment - much of it is dated and in need of some maintenance.

Very fiendly and helpful staff - good sized room - comfortable beds - plenty of hot water - good shower - clean hotel and good housekeeping. Good wifi - walking distance from Iguacu Falls (Brazil side) - close to movie car museum - you can watch monkeys in forest behind hotel - small outdoor pool and patio area.
