Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe pool is open only at 10 AM, the time is not convenient if you are vacating the room or leaving the hotel for other activities during the day. A pool should be open early when the temperature is not too high.
The pools are very good, the hotel has a travel service which can be used to schedule trips. The hotel offers transportation from the airport to the hotel (only) and it has to be scheduled in advance.

United StatesThe Duplex Suite was absolutely enormous, with two floors - with a couch and extra bathroom on the bottom floor, and a beautiful king size bed and a patio on the top. The location in the heart of the town was very convenient, and the waterfalls on the Brazilian side are approximately half an hour away. The breakfast was really delicious with a wide variety of choices.
