We really loved our stay at Paua hotel, it is like a little paradise. Staff is really friendly as well, rooms have lots of space and daily cleaning, the breakfast is really nice too and the restaurant as well to have dinner at night. Very relaxing and on walking distance from the city center. Recommended!

The Pauá is indescribably beautiful and set in a breathtaking location. The resort has been built to the highest standard and the gardens and pool are exceptionally well looked after. Our room was fabulous and we had a wonderful stay. We didn’t want to leave! We were given excellent tips by Marina for places to visit and where to eat during our stay - thank you!!

Reception does not speak English, and not very friendly. Restructuring workers making loud noises during the day, difficult to relax.

There was no spa treatments available, if you were looking for one I’d ask ahead to check. The could have been more information and tips on what to do in Pipa.

Beautiful boutique hotel, lovely breakfast and the lunches/ dinners we had were fantastic. Pool was relaxing and there were large lizards roaming around. The room and bathroom felt very indulgent and was a great place to relax after the day.

Firstly the GPS took us far away from the actual location. We called the hotel to get the correct location but nobody picked up. When we checked in we mentioned that to the staff. They said it is because the hotel is located on the hill and the phone "sometimes works and sometimes it doesn't." There were cockroaches in the room. They said it's because the entire hotel had undergone a pesticide treatment. We expected them to offer some complimentary stuff, but we got nothing other than a "we're sorry." On Saturday morning, the hotel right nextdoor was doing renovations and the loud sound of drills and hammers woke us up. For the price spent at the hotel and some issues mentioned above I was expecting to get something complimentary.

I really liked the very comfortable bed and bath tub with the jets in the Deluxe Suite. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. The breakfast choices were very complete. The hotel is located right at Chapado , very touristic area. The hotel pool is a nice addition. Overall it was a nice weekend.

We are at the restaurant for dinner and it wasn’t great.

The hotel is located on Chapadão beach with a view of the sea - it’s a short walk to the beaches nearby. The hotel is small and beautifully decorated, with the most magnificent tropical gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were wonderful. Such a great choice - we would definitely stay here again.

Shared bungalows with door connecting them, which decrease privacy and generates a lot of noise from the suite next door. Another huge drawback is concerning service homogeneity with respect to the breakfast. If you come during weekdays you have standard low diversity and quality breakfast, whereas during the weekend there is considerable improvement over both. There is no basis for such difference which is really annoying.

The view is great, the hotel clean and beautifully designed.

unfortunately when we were there it was raining a lot on 2 of the days so sometimes it is a little far to walk to the city centre where all the restaurants are when the weather is not good, so in these times you would need to take the car but parking in the city can be very difficult. Also, due to the style of the rooms when it is raining very heavy and depending on the direction of the wind rain often gets into the bathrooms over the toilet.

The pool area is very nice and we enjoyed that the resort is small so there is not to many people around. The rooms are nice and spacious and it’s nice that you can easily walk out the from of the resort onto the top of the cliff and see the ocean views. The restaurant was nice and we enjoyed the included breakfast and also a dinner. The staff are very friendly, professional and accommodating.
