There were a lot of flies but it’s not an unexpected thing when it’s a nature reserve. However, I do believe they could be dealt with a little better, but it took nothing away from the magic of this place!

The staff were AMAZING. The attention to detail, the care and the time they spend ensuring that every second is enjoyable. We stayed for 2 nights and we were celebrating my partner’s birthday and it was nothing short of phenomenal.

Our stay at the desert villa with a pool was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The accommodation was luxurious, and the food served was exquisite, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

The AC was a little intense Kai

The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much to ask. The room was insane - one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. Loved having a pool villa so that we could still enjoy the pool while our baby napped.

Expensive and rooms are a little dated. The spa was very average too, the sauna and steam rooms were cold and there wasn't an ice bath

The staff Jiya was amazing at the restaurants and wahad picked us up and showed us around in the buggy honestly such sweet staff and always helpful. Last but not least kumari and reshmi were too sweet at checkin to helping us book a buggy and other activities. I would recommend trying night archery with sisiri he is an amazing instructor.

We notified the Ritz before arriving that we would be there around 3pm to check-in as check-in was from 3pm. We arrived at 3:15 only to be told our room was not ready. Sadly we didn't get into our room until 4:40 which was a bit annoying. This didn't spoil our stay but wasn't a great start. Also we had 3 bikes ready waiting outside our villa but one bike had a completely flat tire. We called to get this fixed, they came and took the bike but sadly never returned it so my husband wasn't able to come out biking with us and we were leaving the next morning so it wasn't worth following this up.

Loved the atmosphere of the complex, beautifully maintained and a nice change from a beach resort. The private pool was great and we very much enjoyed watching the little family of Gazelles that came to visit us throughout the day and evening. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. We also celebrated my birthday during our stay and it was a lovely to received not one but 2 cakes and to have our bed decorated, it made my birthday extra special.

No complaints. It’s perfect for a short get away.

The staff I think were the best I’ve ever experienced in the UAE. Our villa was superb, the food/restaurants were fantastic and it was very kid friendly.

Nothing, everything about the stay was good.

Private pool in the villa was very comfortable, clean and temperature controlled. Staff were very courteous and paid attention to the smallest of details. The property is very kids friendly.

Not really anything we didn't like

Our experience was amazing and one of the best part about Al Wadi are the staff. We were taken care of amazingly by the team there! We also went on an animal feeding experience and our guide Sahil made it so much more than that - he went over the allocated time so we could have an amazing experience and also took us on a tour of the equestrian centre afterwards. He was knowledgeable about the animals and the wildlife and we really enjoyed it. The team also emailed us as I left some earrings in the room which was much appreciated. Thank you Al Wadi!

Service was slow. Check in took extra long Because they couldn’t handle number of hotel guests . In room dining also took too long . We order a drink, took forever . At breakfast we ordered poached eggs, also they brought when we were leaving the breakfast .
