Location is great. Beach front, great pool area. Breakfast with a nice variety of food. Staff so gentle. Near by airport. Restaurant is open until 8pm serving a delicious food and good drinks options. I suggest to try Mel de cacau caipirinha. And also there is a spa massage options available.

The shower was blocked, massive problem to drain the water, the furnishing around the hotel very old almost all sun beds broken. Kitchen services very very low. And the pool bar staff some of them just want to chat with customers and they won't serve you

Internet wasn’t stable to work. You must buy food from the restaurant else you need to take taxi to city center. Nowhere nearby to buy food, these prices are very high.

I came back after visited Iracare, I love the pausada, like a comfortable nest in ilhéus, nice and tasty breakfast, delicious muqueqa dishes and juices

The chef is a good person but the time of the food to come out Is ridiculous I order a appetizer and the chef told me it takes between 40 to 50 minutes and the place had only 2 tables , the last day I was there I order PICANHA NA CHAPA , I own a steak Brazilian restaurant in New Jersey and I never see a Picanha so hard and so bad quality of a meat , if you don’t have a strong teeth don’t order this dish there . It’s like chewing a gum .

The place is charming and we always felt welcomed. We spend our first nights in brazil in this place. Pousada dos Hibiscus has the best staff, they are super helpful and friendly. The place is located directly next to a wonderful beach, food and rooms are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and would always come back :)

There's nothing we would correct. Just wish you to keep this very high level of hospitality and great atmosphere.

That's the hotel which you have been dreamt about!) Perfect location - right at the seashore. So in the morning you open your eyes and see palms, sand and ocean just within arm's reach. Better to take a room on the third floor as it will have the best view ever. We really fell in love with the staff there - from the reception to bar, cleaning and all persons who work there are very hospitable, friendly and ready to help. The rooms are fantastic - cool modern thus authentic design, comfy bed and pillows, good enough space and a little terrace with hammock - paradise) Breakfasts are really rich and tasty (they can even cook for you tapioca with different fillings, and any types of eggs). And restaurant itself is wonderful with delicious food, good wine, beautiful playlists and super-friendly people who work there. Though beach is not private but the access there is super comfortable - you just leave the door of the territory of the hotel, make few steps (literally!) and here you are - enjoying warm ocean and soft white sand. And if you want just to chill - you can stay at the hotel as it has small but nice swimming pool and sun loungers. Next time we'll definitely choose again this hotel and recommend it to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy their time in Ilheus.
