The hydromassage pool didn't work and the sauna wasn't hot.

Loved the decoration, the pool bar and the staff. The room was also very comfortable and well decorated. The price offers good value.

Within a total of 20 days of my stay at Terra Boa Boutique Hotel---6/28th - 7/3rd, 2022, and then 7/13th - 727th---there were 2 nights of loudness from outside and then next room (but that can happen at any hotel). Plus, there were a few minor, easily fixable issues that were promptly taken care of by the very kind, thoughtful, helpful, meticulous, organized, and professional Supervisor, Cristina.

Within a total of 20 days of my stay at Terra Boa Boutique Hotel---6/28th - 7/3rd, 2022, and then 7/13th - 727th---the majority of the wonderful staff impressively went above and beyond; hence, I will share a 5 star review, despite a few, minor issues that came up and were promptly resolved (mainly by the very kind, thoughtful, helpful, meticulous, organized, and professional Supervisor, Cristina). I've named these memorable staff members within my detailed review, along with a personal, gratitude message for each of them. I will soon share this review on several, different, review platforms. I also appreciated the daily, delicious breakfast buffet, the convenient location of this hotel close to many restaurants, stores, supermarkets, laundry service, etc., my nice room (especially the comfortable bed), and the sounds of soul-soothing nature right outside the hotel room. Also, when the first room next to the main street was too loud, the staff moved me to another room (as requested) for both stays.

The gym - it’s a bit old, some stuff definitely needs replacement as it is a bit rusty.

Fantastic stay, which we prolonged. Great service & drinks - exactly the thing you are looking for if you want to chill and relax for a good budget. Easy to get to the city or to the beach from there.

It is placed between noisy streets. Guest shouting when walking around, staff noisy too. Plenty of mosquitos (first night I could not sleep at all, killed 32 mosquitos in my room), anti mosquito tablets provided but ineffective. Bed was very hard

Very expensive for what we got. Room smelled gross. We realized it was the mildewed fabric on the lamps and the curtains. Also the first night when we arrived, they informed us that there would be an “event” taking place that night at the hotel that would end at 10. We were very upset when extremely loud music, so loud our room was shaking was playing for hours on end, long after 10 pm. We had to put on noise cancelling headphones and that still wasn’t enough to muffle the sound. We paid for a hotel not a club. When I complained they only offered a partial refund on the first night. We should have been offered a full refund for the first night. Very disappointing experience.

From the moment of check-in things were off to a bad start. There were 4 people standing at the front desk and nobody acknowledged our arrival or greeted us for 5 minutes until I said something. (obviously) I did the booking via booking.com and and had been chatting with the hotel via the chat feature. I asked about the internet and if it was stable and accessible. In the app they said yes it is!... so I asked them to extend the stay 1 more day (via the app). At the desk they said they said the 1.) the convo was not with their staff 2.) they wouldn't honor the same rate I had booked the first night for 3) became combative when I asked for clarification. They said they would talk to the managment and get back to me on the price issue. THEY NEVER DID. When I got into my room, I tried to watch TV and a window kept popping up saying I needed to agree to the terms and conditions, and prompted a series of questions. I agreed. no tv. When I called the front desk, they said nobody else is complaining about the signal, you must be using it wrong, just enter the tv channel directly. I said I couldn't get to that because of the nag screen, he said he would send maintenance. THEY NEVER DID. And to add insult to injury the internet IS TERRIBLE. I couldn't even connect in my room. Forget trying to do a call. I booked another place around the corner for 1/2 the price, 6x better customer service, and 1000x better internet.
