The hotel could be better maintained, the restaurant for breakfast looks old so the feeling it’s not the best. There was a construction next door so you can hear them working, but a big issue and most likely is temporal but still, I remembered it

The location is nice and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel is fine you don’t need more, it has all the basics perfectly fine.

the rooms are dark and not much light coming into the rooms. the interior is rather dark and the whole ambiente feels rather old and a bit run-down. its a hotel of former times, no modern look&feel at all. even the breakfast room is a windowless carpet room with bright artifical light.

hostel staff is very caring and reception is 24/7 available. the room is spacious and the bed super comfy. the breakfast buffet is tasty and has many choices. the location is super safe and Uber can easily drop and pick you up, as it has a taxi entrance.

2 hours for breakfast between 6 and 8am is absolutely ridiculous, pretty much unheard of.

I had to reconfigure my access card two or three times, they are under maintenance at restaurant where you can have the breakfast so it may have less food than usual.

It is int he middle of são Paulo, close to the most important places, comfy and clean.

Laundry price was pretty much extortionate. £90 for a few t shirts, socks and a couple of shorts

They charge you the full amount upon arrival. The price is a bit high ( a 3 star + or a 4 star minus) Some rooms are renewed but not the one we got ( 2 beds). There is a construction going on next door, so be sure to ask for room facing the other side. Rooms are dark during the day and very impersonal.

Great location and very nice staff, good breakfast. We were 2 friends traveling together and the second day we asked for a room change and an extra room to be more confortable in the new suites. They were really helpful All rooms had little kitchens, however they are amazingly short on dishware and glasses

Location can't be beat, rooms are comfortable and a good size for an urban hotel. Wish they had usb charging receptacles, lamps, or similar

There was a construction site next door. I had a direct view of the workers from my room. It also made it very noisy during the day.

It was centrally located. Near business center and shopping. Offered a nice breakfast buffet.

I have stayed so many times in this hotel and I requested previously to my stay one room far away from the elevator which is very noisy. They changed me 3 times but with a room close to the elevator always

The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning was centralised and we were unable to control it from the room. Also a plug was detached from the wall, and we could see the wiring. The website listed a coffee machine but there wasn’t one in the room.

Great location, close to restaurants and metro, very friendly, professional helpful staff. Good pool area, decent breakfast.

THE ELEVATOR BUZZ!!! I was on room 1804 I just did not call reception because I was dead tired. And 6 am people start going on and it sounded like the buzz is inside the room! Guys… turn this off PLEASE for the sanity of all guests!!!

Wi-fi signal was low while inside the room when lying on bed, works better when you are closer to the corridor. There is a construction going on next to the hotel so it was a little bit noisy but nothing too much, we were on upper floors so it was bearable and they only work on working hours.

Considering the price range, everything was generally acceptable and good. Location is central, easy walk distance to most touristic locations and safe neighbourhood. Receptionists understand English which is somewhat rare in Brazil.
