Rooms was a little dated. Dodgy host at the hotel - We had a place booked at the hotel, via a private host. It was not available when we arrived. Took hours to sort out. The front-desk helped us. Customer Service at Booking.Com arranged a discount for us, at the revised higher rate. I noticed the host was still taking bookings for following weeks. I assumed the host must got a better price for the room somehow and withdrew it.

Really helpful staff at front-desk. Good daily housekeeping. Sound-proof room - this was a problem at the last hotel in SP. Reasonable sized swimming pool.

The noise was terrible for the building Works even saturday, sunday, monday i can sleep well either work in my room, a dril in my ear all the staye. really disgusting and any apologíes from the hotel.

The construction work going on at the hotel and to the side of the building Lack of decent facilities like gym, which is in a temporary location in a hallway Poor breakfast with lack of a decent coffee .... food for breakfast was fair but throughout the week did not have variation and the coffee machine was not working for the duration of my stay at breakfast time .. coffee provided was generally cold or not available. Plates and cutlery were quite dirty too and you had to search for the cleanest plates available

One day the cleaning employers cleaned my room without notice and threw away some things they considered trash, like plastic bubbles and 2 wine cases, and they let the room door. The room service for food at night doesn't know how to deal with customers been kind of rude. The gym could have more equipment for the status of the hotel and the swimming pool is nice, but could have a bar to be more attractive to the guests.

The location is perfect, it is quite close to all the main points of São Paulo, and it is located parallel to Paulista Avenue, the location perfect for traveling in this big city. Full of nightlife in the surroundings. The receptionists are very kind and prompt to help you. The breakfast is nice.

Shower water was almost always cold, hotel room keys often would not work in elevators or to open the room, had to be reprogrammed multiple times. Asked for an explanation from the front desk and they said nothing, just programmed the keys and handed them back as if it’s no big deal. Rooftop bar and restaurant was nice but for some reason had to go all the way to the lobby and ask permission before going. Breakfast was just ok, coffee was always cold. Asked for a credit or something in return for these inconveniences and was just given a card for 20% off next stay, no thanks!

Was able to check in several hours early, which was great after traveling for 24 hours. Great location one block from Avenida Paulista, clean, spacious rooms.

The hotel is old and it is not well maintained. I checked in and was given a room which was dirty (Dirty towels) and the toilet was broken (not well fixed on the floor). I needed to change rooms right away. Breakfast is poor and in a underground area.

Awful breakfast! Poor facilities. Check in took over half an hour despite us being the only people checking in at 9 pm. We were exhausted and had to stand whilst the lady was checking us is. Were given a room for 4 people despite mentioning in the booking 5 people and booking 2 rooms. We had to argue at 9.30 pm in the night and then staff agreed for the sofa bed to be made up. Rooms and decor is all very dated!

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff! They offered suggestions for dining and sightseeing, a travel agent when I had trouble purchasing a ticket, tips for safety, etc. They absolutely couldn't have been better! One of the best hotel stays I've ever had!

The location was good. Very crowded room. An outdated, crowded and not particularly clean bathroom. There was no English TV, only local channels. Reasonable food.

the place needs renovation. my room smelled bad. checking in took half hour. breakfast has many items but they are all low quality. it used to be a good hotel but aged badly. I will not go back.

Actually, apart from the position everything else has been terrible! 1) intense musty smell in the corridor of the room. that's what you get before entering the room 2) curtains at the windows ripped and worned 3) bathroom extremely small, no space even to dry after the shower 4) wifi connection in the room very poor and extremely unstable. impossible to send/receive e-mails talk with whatsap or reading newspapers 5) I've got a room just newt to the elevetor, which used to ring each time it arrived at the floor. basically very frequently 6) each day arriving at the hotel the card was demagnetized so the first thing after a day of work had to be go back to the reception for remagnetized it, obviously after queueing 7) apart from the works in the street, the second day there was somebody working in the nexrt room, drilling and hammering (repair works?) so not posible to rest after a day of work 8) as I was taking the shower somebody knoked at the door and rang the bell repeatedly....consider I had the "do not disturb" card on the door, I wonder what they would have done without it 9) the firs evening I was tired and decided to eat at the restaurant of the hotel. We were two customers: I had to wait for 40 minutes for a grilled fish filet and steamed vegetables. and after the 40 minutes (and after I had to go asking for informations about when the dinner was supposed to arrive) the potatoes were completely raw! basically just peeled! and it is not economic at all!!!
