Elevator to my floor never worked. Had to go to front desk every time to just get to my room. But like I said, they try hard so not their fault. Bathroom definitely could use an upgrade from when they built in 1960’s.

The location is perfect and I was able to walk to all my appointments. The staff was very friendly even though I could not book a late check-out.

I had booked through booking.com however they had to enter all my details again. They used my middle name instead of my last name so I had difficult logging onto the wifi and had to check. The wifi wasn't the fastest.

I liked that it felt to be a secure neighborhood to walk around. Obviously, you need to continue to be self aware of your surroundings. Location was great.

There is a weird smell when entering the room You’ll get used to it so it’s not a big deal but it could probably be improved And there is a little leak of water in the bathroom that creates a little puddle of water But overall it’s quite a nice place to stay in!

The location is quite nice, within walking distance to Paulista and there are tons of bars or restaurants that are open 24-7 nearby The breakfast buffet is really nice, highly recommended to add breakfast option Staff are really nice and helpful

The breakfast could have more variety and be of higher quality. The pool is super small. So don’t choose this hotel if you look for a hotel with a pool. Also currently there is renovation work going on.

The renovated rooms were nice and modern. The staff is very friendly. And the location at the Paulista is very central. The suite has a nice rooftop terrace and a big private outdoor jacuzzi.

We arrived around 11pm. Reception required payment in advance and suddenly none of our credit cards worked. The receptionist was just as surprised as we were, but offered no solution and was not prepared to let us have the room without advance payment. Luckily we had enough cash with us to pay for the first night, then paid the second night without problems next morning with a credit card. Maybe some sort of security issue with foreign credit cards at late hours?

Very spacious room , comfortable, wide single beds. Excellent location close to Paulista, Consolação, nightlife, shops, restaurants and 2 metro lines. Friendly staff, no queues at reception. Aircon worked well. Good breakfast buffet with strong coffee.

The internet/wifi connection was not that good.

Overall, it was great and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! The room was comfortable, bed was nice. Furniture was in good condition. It was clean and simple. Bathroom had a bidet and an excellent blow dryer. The room also had an iron which was very useful. The location was very good, probably my favorite part; walking distance from many restaurants and Avenida Paulista, can even walk to the MASP. The gym, sauna and outdoor area were nice but the pool was a little small. The breakfast was good. They had a good assortment. I LOVED the staff at the restaurant and the hotel. They were very kind and helpful, nothing was lacking in that department.

There was one elevator that didn't stop in the floor in where I was staying so, I had to wait until the next one arrived. The cleanness of the room was good the first day but it could be better later. The pool is small and too cold.

The location is excellent. You are very close to Avenida Paulista and you can find a taxi in front of the hotel but also there is a taxi point just in the corner. Food was good and the meeting rooms are comfortable. The gym was small but it has the basic that is needed.

I stayed almost 3 weeks, the breakfast was good but by the end of the time i wish there were more hot options, like poached eggs. The coffee wasn’t the best, i ordered an expresso the last days, but not included in price paid
