Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandBreakfast was ok but no vegetables and too much bread. Add at least some salad instead some of the buns and it will be almost healthy. Gym is pretty bad, seems like noone uses it. Too many cardio machines and no free weights even. Add a few barbells at least and remove the not working treadmills and it will be much better. Check-in and check-out are rather slow, but the personnel speaks good English.
The location is great. The rooftop pool and bar were very good too with very helpful staff. There was a bath tub in my room, so i enjoyed it a lot. Quite a lot of shops nearby, the neighborhood seems safe enough.

United KingdomThe reception staff were extremely rude! Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you to tell you how my stay at the Windsor plaza copacabana went. Firstly, on arrival, three members of staff were having a chat, and only one was serving. I made eye contact with one and asked if we could check in, the lady, Bruna, rolled her eyes, I explained our flight was so early and thought the hotel was the safest place to go first The Bruna informed us that the room was not ready and we can try again at 1pm but can wait on the 12th floor. We were more than happy with this. I proceeded to inform her that we are here fir my nieces birthday which is on Monday and if possible they could do something for her on this day. On the 26th March. One of the reception men told me that he can only give me one glass of water. We asked for water fir the kettle. Filtered water! I live in Brasilia at the moment so I am aware that is free. It was for the kettle and as my family are from England I didn't want to risk them getting sick. I could go on, but onnthe whole it wasn't what we'd expected. We actually ended up checking into the hilton for the day as we were so fed up with the attitude of the staff. The fact the room had no basic things that normal hotels have. Not even a kettle. We had to ask for one. And it was a whole load of difficulty getting one.
The handy man was helpful. When we had a problem with our bathroom he was helpful.

United KingdomMost importantly- there is NO WIFI! The wifi they offer is only 100mb free, then it’s super spotty, weak connection, keeps dropping off. If wifi is essential for you then believe me this will drive you insane! The rooms are quite noisy- we moved from one room to another because the AC was very load, but then you also hear the toilet flushing next door and a lot of noise from outside.
The Hotel is in good location, near the beach a d in Copacabana - nice area. The breakfast was great- great variety of foods and good quality. Everything apart from coffee- breakfast coffee was really bad.
