Nassau in pricey in general, the worst was internet connection - practically you could use it only in the reception area, no internet in my room [dafoddil], but it was bearable. Location is slightly OFF everything and the road was frequently flooded by frequent rains - so if you want to go for a walk - talke flippers, or take off the shoes.. :)

In general very nice place to stay. Good breakfasts, very nice staff, the room was clean, AC worked fine, you did not hear the noise. I recommend for the others

The room was a bit tired looking needed a lick of paint and we missed having a balcony.

We liked the breakfast being served outside and free flow of bottled water. The staff were helpful.

The hotel confirmed airport pick up, I sent a second request for confirmation and no response. We had to call the hotel, who denied we had booked a pick up. They sent the driver who had not been advised of our confurmation. No apology or compensation.

Hotel need a little convenient store that's when late arrival check in they can have food to eat . It was raining the night when we arrived and was hungry and there's no food options. So would be good to have at least some snack available for purchase.

We had 5 people staying in the room but only 2 of each cultlery, bowls and cups etc. The beds where quite noisy when turning.

The room was a bit run down. Kitchen facilities need improvement (there was one skillet, one set of plates and cutlery per person, some bigger variety would be nice).

Nice atmosphere, cozy home-style breakfast. Evening happy hour is a fun addition. Overall good choice for Nassau if you’re on a budget.

staff were friendly. the rooms were large and clean. having a kitchen is helpful if you wanted to cook. the location is close to the main road so it’s easy to get the local bus to go to other beaches and town. town is also not too far to walk. there are also lots of restaurants nearby.

Parts of the faculty were a little dated/rough such as the bathroom and surfaces in the room but it was clean and for this tier of a hotel no complaints, you get what you pay for and I would gladly stay again.

Size of the room was kind of small. We are family of 4 with kids above 10+ got tricky. Only one person was able to walk in between the room and bathrooms. We had only one spot where to put 4 luggages. Breakfast was great and we had all we needed. only 30 - 60. min of wait time for eggs was long. the stuff was taking only 1 order at a time. 5 tables was not enough. Next day 3 more added ,at it was great.

The location was great. the room was clean and shower updated. Personal by the pool in the evening was great and it was nice to meet new people there and have a drink by the pool. Very nice idea. Nice and clean room.

The staff at the office was very unhelpful. for everything we had to ask at least twice (like for new towels or cleaning our room) they didn’t know much about any attractions around. in general the attitude was pretty unpleasant. facilities in the bathroom were old and the showers was almost not working. at least AC was pretty good. An offer on booking is unclear for 4 people room you can get 2 small beds or one king size.

Nice breakfast, by the pool. Great happy hour parties, where you can meet wonderful people. Thanks Kenny for making our stay so much fun.

if we have to say something : maybe the decoration, the room is not really beautiful compared to the outside of the hotel.

We like the breakfast, the pool, the staff and the location. the room and the bathroom were clean ! The building is really nice and we have a good stay .
