Costs are high but you really get what you pay for here. If I called to ask for something it showed up at my room or a person came right away. Top of the line resort family experience.

Exceptional service, beautiful resort, amazing food. Everything you could want being single or for a family. So close to the airport as well.

smoking allowed in pool areas little disorganized with cabanas & the service was a little slow with food & drinks but the staff was very pleasant

the resort is beautiful, clean & very large our room in the East building was awesome with beautiful views of the ocean, beach & pool areas. we had a large deck with comfortable chairs. we had a very large bedroom & bathroom with a nice living room. It did include a butler for some services needed the restaurants were delicious but it is pricey, Marcus is the best but you have to try Costa at the Rosewood cabanas were nice to have since it was a busy week of vacation with people with kids. there are adults area pools all the staff was so friendly & helpful love this place, looking forward to coming again!!!

Food service poor. Not enough staff in Regatta fir bkfst and Xmas dinner. Sat in a wet chair and told mgmt. No one ever came and removed the chair.

We were placed in the adjacent room that could be used as an adjoining room. There was absolutely no privacy. We had to call security twice due to loud music from the adjoining room. Immediately after checking in, we entered our room and the neighbor’s music was unacceptably loud. During our final night, around midnight, we were awakened by loud electronic party music. We were forced to go down to the front desk (no one answered the phone) to request security to address the issue. There was absolutely no privacy given that we could hear the neighbors’ conversations through the adjoining door. There were no wash clothes for two days due to a shortage and the white comforter had visible brown colored stains. The staff tried to accommodate us with a new room, but were completely booked for the weekend. We have visited Baha Mar twice a year since its opening; however, this may have been our last stay.

The restaurants and tennis facility are top notch.

our room neighbours had kids who were bit noisy early in the morning. As a long standing Hyatt member I had expected that we would be given late check out. Staff at West Wing Reception were not friendly but staff at East Wing Reception were able to assist. But one would expect all staff to understand this.

The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. Food options were amazing albeit it was a challenge to get bookings. But all restaurants that we had meals were excellent with very friendly staff,

I booked a room for an amount on booking up on getting there the hotel changed my credit card 💳 each room 1800$ plus the booking fees so I was left with a maxed out credit card of ober 10.000$ and they did not accept cash for maybe expenses but in the end they where Issing it for hotel fees I never heard about in my life of travelling the damm world! Fraud in my opinion! Never will go there ever again thanks no

Loud music will be on until late at night. I was on the 15 floor, and I could hear the party downstairs. At 9 AM, the housekeeping will start to knock at your door. The staff is ridiculously grumpy and zero helpful, and the restaurants can be empty but without a reservation you can not get a place to eat.

It is a nice hotel, but be aware of all the hidden charges and fees. The balcony doesn't fit a chair, absolutely everything is charged, and additional fees are included for food and drinks. If a drink costs 18 dollars, you will pay 22. A hidden 75 dollars per day per person will be charged on top of whatever you pay through booking. Staff will be waiting for money for absolutely everything, it's really annoying, also get ready to deal with some VERY grumpy people. Service in general is horrible! Even the Starbucks guys are ridiculously rude.

Only thing I don’t like is the pools closing a 6pm, outdoor restaurants and water park closes at 6pm. That’s absurd when on vacation and insane when you are paying top dollar to stay here. That is my only complaint! Food and drinks are also very expensive. The service could be much better. The staff isn’t as friendly as they used to be.

Grand Hyatt Baha Mar is a beautiful hotel! This was my 2nd family trip here, with the 1st trip being pre-Covid! I love this property. It is gorgeous, pristine clean with so many restaurant and a water park that wowed my family and I. It’s the perfect place to stay and the only place I will ever stay in the Bahamas. The beach, the casino, the grounds, too many pools and bars. This place is huge and I will always come back!
