We took a shower before going to bed which was a mistake because the HOT Water VALVE could no be close back and we had water running all night long until next day around 9 am that maintenance came to fix it. Blow dryer wasn't working. Coffee maker, but no coffee of coffee cups.

We liked the cabin in itself. The balcony with hammock was nice. The swimming pool was also nice.

The disorganization of the check-in process made it feel like the management wasn't doing their job. We did call and asked to extend our stay to two nights, but the person checking us in didn't know anything about this. She then moved us to a room in a large building instead of the cabin we had booked initially. We mentioned this to another employee the next day, and he seemed confused by that. We also found the beds extremely uncomfortable and the pillows very lumpy and hard to use. The room itself was clean, but the construction or maintenance needs improvement. The guests shouldn't see the cracks or seams of the drywall or the screws used to hang it. And there was no sitting area in the room for me to work privately, so I had to go to the pool area to work. The food was lack luster and was unseasoned, so we chose not to eat there the 2nd night.

The staff was friendly and tried to be very helpful. The pool area is pleasant and well-maintained. They allowed me to use an outlet to charge my computer while I worked by the pool. The drinks served were excellent.

dirty pool it didn’t look inviting to us a. little far outside town , you’re obliged to take taxis (I walked once but do not recommend it) , not very helpful when it comes to organizing transfers

We had to climb hills! I have MS so it was not a welcomed event just to get a drink or a bite to eat. plus they were out of a lot of food we tried to order. The bed mattresses wereA AWFUL! felt like two different mattresses in one. one side hard, a slope, next side soft. Did not sleep well at all. the TV was something neither of us could figure out so that was out. And only one of us could connect to the internet.?Very frustrating when you are a long way from home.

The owner, Nolan, genuinely went out of his way to help us. The cabins felt Tranquil and comfortable. B$10 to get into town, no problem. We'd stay again!

The place is great and very quiet. The children loved the pool. The restaurant near the pool serves great dishes. I forgot a towel in the room. I found out when back home. It was easy to recover the towel and get it sent home. I would like to thank the hotel people again for this! I will very likely come back to this hotel in the future.

This place has everything, it was clean, quiet, had a pool and a restaurant right on site. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really cared about how their guests were taken care of and two thumbs up to the housekeeping staff as well, this place was spotless.

This accommodation was prefect from the friendliness of staff to the amazing food. The cabin was big and we loved that there was a swimming pool but the best part was the quiet location and the birds singing. Amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

the property is very beautiful. the rooms are very spacious and clean. wifi also works well throughout the hotel. The staff is super friendly. Iris assisted us in arranging tours and set up dinner reservations in town. the property is a little outside the town.it’s a 35 minutes walk or a 5 USD taxi ride. The hotel can assist you with taxis.

Our bed was placed under the window and outside the window there was a huge night lamp that could not be turned off. As the curtains are light we had to sleep with the light shining in our faces. It took the hotel over 24h to fix the issue by adding a blanket to the curtain. The laundry service of the hotel is terrible. 4 shirts, one short and four pieces of underwear had holes after the service. The reception of the hotel more often than not was closed. Some staff at the pool bar was helpful though it was unclear who is responsible for what. The waiting time at breakfast could be very long, inconvenient if you booked a tour with a fixed starting hour in the morning. The settlement of charges was messy. We had items on our bill we didn't purchase while other items were missing.

The location is convenient if you want to explore sites around San Ignacio. The garden of the hotel is large and peaceful

Nothing. The property is beautiful. The restaurant was good. We had a car and found the location to be perfect for our plans. Easy 5 minute drive in and out of the downtown area.

The staff is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great stay.
