We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsThe owner are German and thats what you get. Grundlichheit. Great lodge almost in the center of Arvidsjaur. Would be great if the also served food in the summer. But who cares? There is a great greek restaurant within 3 minutes walking. Great rooms and good breakfast.

SwedenThe bathroom was cold and the towels didn’t dry. The floor heating obviously wasn’t on in the summer, but there didn’t seem to be much ventilation in the bathroom.
It’s a very cosy hotel and beautifully furnished. Our room was in the newer annex and the bed was very comfortable. The location is good, it’s in a quiet street and only 10 minutes from the station. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

FinlandOur room was at the ground floor, it was quite humid and airless there. We had to open windows, so we got bitten by mosquitoes. The pillows were quite tiny. All towels were a bit damp.
Smooth check in after working hours of reception. Boiled water available at the lobby all the time. The room was very cozy and nice-looking. Heated towel dryer in the bathroom. The hotel interior design was interesting and tasteful. The area was quiet and nice.
