“It"s hard to do a rating when over Christmas there was no housekeeping, and the place had no water for most of the day on the second day we were there....contacting the hotel during the day was impossible no matter how many calls we tried to make..nobody answered and we just cgot a recording to try later....which we did as well, several times - same result. We were trying to call back to see if the water had been restored....no answer meant a round trip of almost 50 k when answering the phone would have been easier. As it was, we simply stayed away all day and came home late at night...the water was back on. HOwver, we have stayed at the Pomeroy before...and the service and accommodations were great. This was a one-of we hope anyway.”
