  “Our room was large with a microwave and fridge. We were there for 3 days so all of this was necessary. Also a large table with chairs to eat on and play games was a bonus.”

  “After driving 4 hours to get to Cranbrook and waiting 2 hours at the hospital all we wanted to do was check into our hotel but nope, after paying online for the room, we were told very rudely to go home. All because we didn't have a credit card for the damage deposit. Really? I paid in full for the room and was given a confirmation number. I also phoned the manager just to confirm tthat the room was paid for to which she explained my reservation all looks good and that we shouldn't have any problems. My point is if my Visa/debit card wasn't good enough to pay the damage deposit then they should not have taken out any payment for the room.”

  “Staff were really friendly & when I made a faux-pas about the breakfast, I was made to feel not bad at all....and I didn't need be embarrassed . My son & I enjoyed the pool....but was sad the hottub was out of commission.”

  “Staff was great and accommodating. Room was clean. Mini fridge a great size. I liked the bed size. The bathroom amenity bottles for shampoo, body wash, hand soap. Better than tiny soaps hotel usually have. Lots of towels, which I loved. Guest laundry was awesome, but it was a bit pricy, .”

  “Parking near the building in a well lit, camera monitored spot for 5 motorcycles together. Beds, linens, etc were good.”

  “We were 5 adult women, one 5 year old, two 2.5 year olds and an 8 month old baby. We had enough room for all of us, we loved the claw foot tub. It was great for bathing the kids. They also loved the chalk wall and the twin bed upstairs that was like a clubhouse area.”
