“The property was perfect. Location is great. We stayed for one night before travelling back to the ferry in Nanaimo as the area is much nicer. Beautiful park area not too far away, and some cute cafes/restaurants in the Ladysmith downtown again not too far away. Facilities at the hotel were amazing, pool & gym too. Rooms were spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff were really kind too.”
“Our unit was spacious and attractive. There was plenty of lounge space outside of rooms. The grounds are nicely kept and it would be easy to spend lots of time sitting outside soaking up the view. The location is very convenient to Nanaimo airport, but set in the countryside. Unfortunately, we had an early flight so could not take advantage of the regular breakfast. However, the hostess went out of her way to make up a continental breakfast for us that we could eat early in the morning before departure. A delightful English Pub called The Crow & Gate is 10 minutes away along picturesque country roads.”
