I contact the costumer service for a cancellation because I was trying to move my moving date a day before, I tried to call them three times in a row and the first two times they didn’t even pick up the call, the third time they told me the move is completed but it is not, neither on my booking app nor any notification on calendar. And the lobby already smells disgusting anyway, I can’t even imagine what the room looks like”
