“We had no power in the morning, I do understand that this is beyond the control of the staff and the motel however upon checkout we asked if we would get a discount because we couldn’t even brush our teeth or have breakfast we were told no it’s beyond our control. The staff member made a comment that she had to sit in the dark and that was an inconvenience for her as well. The difference is we paid a bill for something we didn’t get but she was being paid to sit there. It was unprofessional!”
