No common indoor area for when the weather doesn't cooperate.

The room was large and decorated with period looking pieces. Bed was very comfortable and kingsize. Breakfast really tasty and varied. The guys that own the place very friendly and helpful if you asked questions. Location walking distance(about 10 to 15 minutes) to a lot of the main attractions but be aware steep climb back from the falls. Would definitely stay here if we are in the area.

The only negative was that there was little space in the bedroom to spread out.

The room was comfortable, the jacuzzi bathtub was a delight, the host was fun to talk with, and the decor was interesting and enjoyable.

towels were basic white and scratchy , need an upgrade breakfast was good but not great fruit cup, french toast and muffin cereal nook and toast available to help yourself

the house was so picturesque , the grounds were full of flowers and trinkets, the host was very personable too. My room was stunning with an antique decor , every room was of another place and time. :)

Very thin toilet paper, odd with everything else so nice. Probably because house is over 100 years old, plumbing? All good though. Environmentally friendly? Minor compared to so many lovely and affordable other aspects.

This B&B is really extraordinary. It’s like living in a museum but pretty cool. We only spend one night here and everything was fine. The breakfast with the French Toast will kill you ;-) It‘s a great location for a stay near the falls. You can walk from here to the Falls, that‘s pretty cool too.

all noise from the hallway is heard in the room - even footsteps, quiet voices and keys. Also, there was a lot of dust under the bed and our bathroom door didn't latch.

Breakfast was great, fresh fruit salad, toast, cereal and a hot option each day (we were there two mornings, the first was eggs in toast (toad in the hole) and the second was french toast with whipped cream, fruit and syrup). They were very conscientious of dietary preferences such as lactose-free, vegetarian and gluten free. The jacuzzi tub was lovely after a long day of walking. A 15 minute walk from the falls - outside the hustle and bustle but still close enough. Super friendly staff. Lots of interesting decor - one of the owners also owns and runs the historical fashion museum. Interesting garden, free parking. Small scale - only 5 or 6 rooms.

The bathroom seemed a little unfinished. There should be a little more detail to dust. A better quality of toiletries, maybe some condtioner.

We found the neighborhood a bit unsettling when walking back to our room after dark. I would probably either take transit or drive next time to and from the location if arriving after dark.

Breakfast was lovely and served warm. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed our time there. The room was lovely and comfortable. It was a quiet area and we felt comfortable and relaxed. It was a reasonable walking distance to the falls and other areas we wanted to get to.
