We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaThe room itself wasn’t very clean. There was what appeared to be pubic hair stuck in one of the towels, and during our stay someone found a butt plug under their mattress which was yucky

Great location, 15 minutes from horseshoe falls, heart-shaped hot tub was very romantic and it was a surprisingly quiet neighborhood. It was a great value for a weekend trip.

CanadaWell, this the cheapest hotel available that time when we needed it most to find somewhere tonstay overnight, with the price don't expect too much. The hotel is not that great but its not bad.
The price is cheaper than the other place to stay. If you are planning just to roam around the Niagara and do some activity most of the time outside and you have a tight budget, this hotel will save your night to have a good night sleep and rest.
