The owners are so welcoming and kind. The house is immaculate. The room is comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast was lovely. The deck was a gorgeous pace to sit and read a book. Everything was so well organized. The parking was free and easy. No complaint at all. Completely wonderful home base for our vacation!

Quite a small intimate atmosphere. Allen met us upon arrival and he was very friendly and helpful. We were shown where everything was and how things worked. The room was very comfortable and quiet. At breakfast, Allen's wife, Jackie was on duty and introduced us to the other guests. A delightful stay.

Room was small, only space for one small chair. Large floor air conditioner made room feel even smaller. Room became stuffy. AC was too noisy to run too long.

Quirky, spotless clean. Spacious well equipped room. Very comfy bed. Space to sit outside to relax and enjoy the garden. Walking distance to old town and local attractions.

It was situated near the old town. Very charming, well maintained grounds. Wonderful rooms. Excellent breakfast menu. But best of all Allen, Jackie and her parents. They are very warm and welcoming and cannot do enough for you. They made a very enjoyable stay extra special. Thank you . Best place in Town. Hope to be back,

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The freshly cooked hot breakfast was wonderful with fresh homemade bread. A wide selection of teas were available at breakfast and to help yourself during your stay. The room was beautiful, we stayed in the Victorian room and it was exceptional in every way. We felt very valued during our stay and would definitely return if we visited that area again.

The location of Abacot Hall was very convenient to Old Town Niagara on the Lake. Jackie and Allen were exceptionally friendly and very informative. Jackie helped me with directions to Niagara Falls and the perfect spot to capture a sunset over Lake Ontario.

Our room had a taste of Royalty. Wallpaper and bed designs. Sufficient cable TV channels. Spacious bathroom with adjustable hot water Breakfast was the best. Food flowing due to free refill. Thanks to Allen. We were attended to by his lovely wife Jackie. We had chats from local tours in Canada, childcare, and other random topics Suggest B&B to B&BwC (with Chat) We enjoyed the warm hospitality and courtesies of our hosts
