A little small when traveling with a big dog - but it would have been adequate otherwise, so I'm not complaining! It would have been nice if the restaurant were open for breakfast or something.

I had one request from the lady running the office. I needed a paper copy of my bill to have for records traveling through Canada during Covid. She refused to give me a copy or anything that showed I stayed at the hotel. The AC units in the room only run for a few minutes every hour, even when turned up all the way. My room was roasting in the afternoon.

The location was really perfect for my road trip. I enjoyed the restaurant that was near the hotel, the food was pleasant and tasty. No contact check-in and check-out was also a plus during Covid.

This was a nice pet friendly room conveniently on the first floor. The room was very comfortable although in need of some updating. The morning view was incredible.

There was nothing I disliked.

Hostess was very careful to limit contact due to covid but was still welcoming. Nice also to be able to park in front of room. Big hotels now prevent this.

Alcan Motor Inn was a nice surprise towards the end of a long journey. I traveled (driving) 3500 miles in 5 days booking only value friendly lodging. I was mainly looking for a hot shower and a place to sleep a few hours. The first 3 motels were disappointing. Noisy, dirty, crowded and uncomfortable. Alcan was my last stop before heading home. It is simple, quiet, clean, accessible and comfortable. If I happen to pass that way again I will stay here without hesitation.

Because we checked in after the office closed, we had to wait for it to open at 9am to check out and pay for our rooms. Not a big deal, but perhaps not ideal for road trippers on a tight schedule.

Freshly redecorated rooms and spectacular views! The mountains feel so close. Easy check in and out. Reception is available by phone even when the office is closed.

Some of the lights in the bedroom were not working.

Was quiet, only slept in the room but bed was comfortable and the quiet permitted me to have a good sleep.

Unfortunately when he arrived the phones were down due to a wildfire. It would be helpful to have another way to reach them besides phone.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We have stayed here before and always have a good experience.

The walls and ceiling were pretty thin, so i could hear walking and the sounds of murmed voices and doors closing, but it wasnt enough to ruin my stay. Also, the outlets in the room are minimal and mostly in use, while also not so conveniently located.

It was comfy, warm, clean, and had all that i needed. The shower and sink water pressure and temperatures were great and the towels were fresh and soft. The bed was comfortable and clean, and i was able to park right in front of my room. Additionally, there were outlets for guests to plug their winterized vehicles into. Awesome! Also, it is right next to a delicious restaurant/bar that has DELICIOUS poutine and other foods!

We were on the first floor and you can hear people walking around overhead on the second floor. Not a big issue because it didn’t last all night.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great food at the restaurant next door. People were very friendly. Nice place to stay.
