It’s not just this hotel but there were homeless people with drug paraphernalia out front of the property, beside the property even in the stairwell. Security is trying to keep them away and that’s is a plus. Garbage strewn around the outside of the property etc. very sad reality for this area of London anymore.

Although I asked for the refresh service, I wasn’t provided with new coffee cups and pods, and had to ask at the front desk. Breakfast service didn’t provide any non-dairy milk options, which seems wild in 2024.

The bad reviews were alarming but I had only a positive experience. I had checked in around 9pm not that late but I felt safe and the room ended up being a King bed. It was nice. The curtains are not completely black out but I got to see the sunrise. It was beautiful

Old and outdated furniture, mainly the chair by the desk was ripped, I would take something like that out of the room. For a cheaper option it was okay.

Friendly staff. They told me they were just starting a couple of days prior, after a change of owners, so they still have a lot of work to do. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean, shower had very good water pressure. They offered a discount because the website where I initially entered my credit card information did not let me know that they don't take my credit card.

I was under the impression that parking was included in the booking price, I was surprised to have to pay an additional cost.. however it was a reasonable price. The desk staff were not terribly friendly, but they did their jobs well.

The parking lot right behind the hotel is so convenient! Breakfast was pretty good, there was a decent amount of options. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very outdated. The sofa bed was not in good shape as the back of the seat cushions were were slumped in making it hard to get up from the couch. When opening up the sofa bed to sleep, the frame was bent, the mattress was severely stained with blood and other things, therefore it did not feel sanitary for me at all. Once the opened sofa bed was covered with everything I could find, once I got in I felt a large wow in the middle of the bed. I did not have a comfortable sleep at all.

It was clean. The staff were always helpful and courteous. Parking was close by. It was close to locations we needed to be at. My mother and sister liked the King size bed as they felt it to be comfortable to sleep on.

The staff was very welcoming and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was downtown, the grounds were good. No issue. It was a great stay.

The flooring has very old carpet which could be improved and the lighting in the room towards the entrance was very very low. Nothing much in breakfast and nothing for vegetarians.

Location in downtown and very close to all the cafes and restaurants. The desk and chair were really good in the room for office work. Also they had an additional small business centre room in lobby for taking any office meetings. Staff was very polite and helpful. Overall good stay in budget.

- paid for parking. - the room wasn't clean - the curtains, bed skirt, and other parts of the room had stains. - although I complained, nothing was done about the noisy group of girls partying on the same floor. - the room smelled of cigarette smoke.

The location was close to our destination. The room was a nice size and the bathroom amenities, coffee area and TV stations were nice.

Getting free breakfast but that’s on me for not waking up. The hotel provides the breakfast and I get it free throughbooking.com.

The hotel was very clean and updated, friendly security, right downtown London breakfast was free. However, I did sleep in and miss it. The room was executive suite with living room and a bedroom TV at the very end on the eighth floor, it was an awesome city view.

The staff wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. The bed was very worn and uncomfortable. The rooms need updating worn and stained carpet and furniture. When I arrived the bottom of the heater was broken and laying on the carpet covered in dust. My partner fixed it

There was a hole in the blind and the mattress had a large indent in the mirror which made it most uncomfortable.

The bedroom curtains don't close. Like the track stops so they sit open all night. Anywhere else this wouldn't be a big problem but downtown where the streets are bright all night. This doesn't make sense. The bed was uncomfortable. Black hairs under the blankets. There's a vulnerable people shelter in the old hotel beside this one, so there's lots of interesting characters hanging out out front. Which seems to be the way of anywhere, but if you can't handle seeing that and walking through it anywhere you go. This might not be the place for you.
