The discount store across the street is perfect to purchase bleach to apply to the black mold in the shower of room 24. It is a minimal price to pay for a welcoming and comfortable accomodation

The convenience to mass transit was excellent, including grocery and discount shopping nearby. By train or bus arrival in Stockholm takes at most twenty minutes..

Very simple hotel in the middle of a small village of country houses. It's a few metro stops away from the center of Stockholm (maybe 15 minutes or so)? Clean and friendly. Super simple room. There's a small supermarket with groceries nearby.

The products in the bathroom were fairly basic so could be improved but that’s all

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice but it is available all day free of charge in reception/dining room Anna the receptionist was exceptional, friendly , knowledgeable and happy. The shower was fine but could be improved Very close to transport links into the city

Because location of hotel very near transportation for example trams so noise from it that can not be avoided. Room ventilation a bit old, no fan or air conditioner in summer but heater can be find, sleeping pillows smell old or have special smells in it.

The hotel located in a very near transportation and shop, staff was nice and helpful and room was clean.

I recommend Maude’s highly. The staff are friendly and very helpful, particularly Anna! The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the station making it easy to get in and out of town. There is a great supermarket across the road that has everything you can imagine. It is relatively quiet suburb and only blocks away from some good restaurants-Italian and Thai. The hotel is cosy with a warm vibe. I loved that I could open the windows and breathe in the fresh air. We are Australian and we were made to feel at home. Thank you Maudes. 😃

While not in the centre it was next to the regular subway station providing easy access to the centre without paying the high centre prices. People were very helpful, breakfast was simple, Swedish style and good quality. Rooms were clean and whole hotel felt friendly and well looked after.

The bathroom was very dated and the shower head is brown and dirty. I also couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi on my laptop on the forst evening and the lady on duty was unable to give me access to the alternative Wi-fi.

Hard to say. For the location and service and friendly staff I would find it hard to say could they improve because the hotel provides the standards it advertise.

Great place to stay and convenient by tram for the centre of Town. Breakfast was very good. rooms very fine. A very nice, and good hotel and I would absolute recommend. It is not five star luxury but a good base (it does not advertise as luxury).

The only downside to report was that the Wi-Fi was down for the entirety of our six day stay. It proved to be an inconvenience as we traveled from the USA without an operative cell plan. We used the free service at the grocery store across the street from the hotel when sitting outside the store. It just did not make sense.

The staff was terrific! Each helped us when we needed it. They were friendly and easy to approach. I could seek no improvements. They treated us with much care.

The hotel is situated at a roundabout near a railway. Sitting outside on the porch was a bit noisy.

Very nice hotel, very friendly welcome, nice breakfast and always fresh coffee/tea/cookies/cake available for free during the whole day. Free parking and easy access to center of Stockholm using our own bikes.

The bed was a bit too soft. The shower was not clean, unfortunately.
