We did not use the elevator for duration of the stay as I had a very undesirable odour. The sofa bed was not comfortable whatsoever. The springs protruded through the sheets which resulted in a very uncomfortable sleep. The sofa bed needs to be replaced with a new one. The hotel was hosting people with children for sports tournaments. The children were running in the halls after 11:00 pm which was unacceptable. This made it difficult for sleep. We had 3 people staying in the room and insufficient towels were provided; we had to ask maid for more. The price for one night was a little excessive considering we did not have the most comfortable stay.

The location is excellent for the intended purpose of our travel. We appreciated that a breakfast was included with the price of the stay. Really liked the bathroom and what it had to offer.

Breakfast was on the cool side, but there was plenty to choose from and I rate it pretty good.

Bed was comfortable and the room was quiet and warm. Temperature was adjustable so we cooled it down at night. Staff were friendly.

It took a while to have check in verify my confirmation. While she did call the manager it was sorted out after 10 min. I didn’t put up a fuss bc the check in front desk showed initiative. That being said she looked miserable. I’m not asking for Mary Poppins happy but some eye contact. It felt like she didn’t want to be there.

Overall descent bang for your buck. Clean rooms. Heat/ac worked pretty good. Clean.

All what I expected and very good

A four night stay with quite a late check in, but I was expected and my room ready. A shopping mall is across the street. Numerous restaurants about. Budget car rental 200 mts away. Easy parking at hotel.

First night my friend found an underwear in her bed! The night staff was really nice and understood the issue but was alone and couldn't come to help right away. Not her fault but how can you expect one person to take care of a hotel at night?? Also the false fire alarms were very disruptive to sleep two early mornings in a row

Although the room was very nice, clean, etc, the air conditioner was so loud that it woke us both several times during the night.

The room floors could have been swept/ vacuumed and cleaned better, particularly in the bathroom and under the beds.

The floor must not have been recently mopped because my feet got dirty from walking around in the room.

The room and hotel in general was clean and up to date. Hot tub was enjoyable. They actually had a good breakfast selection.

At breakfast the coffee and juice machine wasn't quite ready when I was there, a staff member delivered a coffee and orange juice to my table. Excellent staff!!

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the location is great. Everything is in close proximity to the hotel...shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

Building kind of 'tightly" packed into the property, not a lot of grounds, but cant fault the hotel for that! Perfect for one or 2 nights
